A bit slow, again likely due to not offering enough pay/benefits to have enough employees.Everyone was kind and the food was fine though.Out of chocolate shakes, which was a bummer. I'll survive.
This particular location needs serious training on how to properly prep filet o fisb and cheesburgers. Food is cold. The fish has no tarter sauce and the cheeseburgers have very little anything on them. The fries have no salt. Drive thru lane it very dark at night. Not sure if they are cost cutting or what but shame on this location. I have given them 4 tries and same everytime. Maybe it is just their night crew. They are very slow for a McDonalds which built its model on speed. Hopefully a regional corporate inspector will get them inline with the other stores soon.
I ordered a mc double, a chicken sandwich, a smal fry and an ice cream. First thing I grab out of the bag was the mc double. I notice the paper wrapper is all messed up. I unwrap the sandwich and THERE ARE TWO CRUSTY OLD BITES TAKEN OUT OF THE SANDWICH. They gave me a half eaten sandwich. I was mortified. The rest of the food was fine, but I was absolutely disgusted and horrified with that sandwich.
Well 1st thing; The ONLY McDonald's where the ice cream machine never breaks. Food is never served using yesterday's Always clean. Great customer service! Hands down the best McDonald's around.
I placed a curb side mobile order at 5:40PM and waited until 6:30PM and still did not receive my order. They locked the door so I could not go inside to follow up and the drive thru line was abysmal. I do not seem to have a way to get my money back for the order I never received. I cannot recommend anyone order from here. Even beyond this experience, the wait times are dreadful and missing items in orders is frequent.
I realize that places are having a hard time in getting help - this place, although it does very good business, the people have a hearing problem. People can't seem to get what they order, orders are half cooked or/and customer service is lousy
McDonald's is slowly going down the menu has been cut nearly in half and the things you want most have been removed from the menu. I had decent food and service but with a limited menu it won't be a frequent place for me .
5 staff members working and everyone more frantic than the next. I don’t usually judge fast food because of the current situation but there were just way too many delays, too much subpar cold food to ignore. I wouldn’t come here again.
L O L don’t try making a mobile order- they won’t let you pick it up after waiting in line for a half hour. Absolute garbage staff, management is a joke. Ended up getting absolutely no food and they are just awful. Take care of your customers. And if you don’t like your job, find a different one.
I live very close and I work late most times, so this is my only option sometimes. Food used to be on point but lately the service and food had went down a bit. I don't understand how and why it's so hard and frustrating for individuals to reheat food in a timely manner and a decent level of customer service? I'm not even complaining about it being fresh cause I never get fresh anything most fast food places, but my opinion still remains. Go there anytime but night and you will be satisfied. Go after 11 and your going to be disappointed and wait 30 minutes.
