This is one the most efficient McDonalds I’ve encountered. No matter how busy our orders are always accurate & the customer service is good.
Wouldn't take my 3 day old expired coupon. I get them in every week and just hadn't put the new ones in my car. ONLY THE ONE MALE, YOUNGER manager said NO and faced me a hard time. The FEMALE mangers are super pleasant and don't move a couple days expired!!! Good food, hot, and almost never forget to put stuff on your bag
I honestly cannot concept how long it took me to get a meal here and then how it was immediately ready once I got to the drive-thru. Probably some of the laziest humans on the planet that work here. Can't wait for robots to replace them.
OK, how hard is it to make a hamburger? Ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal at the kiosk, deleted cheese on both. Clearly says this on the receipt and on the ticket on the bag. My bad, didn't look before I left but was already there for 20 minutes and needed to get back to work. Guess what? I get back to work and I have 2 cheeseburgers and no time to go back. Lactose intolerant so I get fries for lunch today. You would think for $15 an hr you could get this right
Rude. Overworked and understaffed. Sat in drive way for ever.. They kept letting other drive thru lane go. I will NEVER p/u an order from them again.. This was for work not personal. I usually wont take a MC donalds order but the nice canton order two days ago was awesome ; I gave this one a chance.
I ordered thur the app for curbside pick up and no one told me that I have to go inside. Then when I did go inside I was told the machine is down and they can't make me the large mocha Frappuccino I used all my points to purchase. And was told to pick something else. I asked if I can pick it up a different day and was told no. So I left with nothing and all my points used for nothing.
I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe. The chicken wasn't freshly made. It was very greasy and unappealing. For the price your paying I don't want reheated food. Unacceptable!
I was told I couldn't substitute big mac sauce on my McChicken because they don't have a button for that. I have done this at every other McDonald's I've been to.Food was still good, just wish this option was available at this location as I just relocated to this area.
Not a huge fan of Macdonalds. But this location does a good job at getting it out fast and the food was surprisingly hot and fresh. Most Macdonalds I go to the food is horrible. But not half bad
