I’m not sure why this location has some awful reviews. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my experience here! The staff were friendly and quick to help, and the drinks were absolutely delicious! Plus the seating area was so comfy, I didn’t wanna leave! Will definitely go out of my way to come here again in the near future
We got the Kirby fruity flurries here! They're really good and the staff here are amazing! Highly recommend!
Literally the only Kung Fu location that never makes their basic brown sugar bubbles right. They are either never cooked all the way or mushy/watery from sitting too long. Kung Fu is a world wide chain and this is the only location that seems to make their drinks how they want instead of following the clearly written instructions from corporate. Also, watch your receipt. They will charge you for toppings that are already included in most drinks. If you have to go here, order from the app so you don't get charged extra. It's pretty bad when they can't even make a Cocoa Cream Wow correct. It's just milk, brown sugar bubbles and a dash of cocoa powder. SAD
My wife’s experience today: “I was super excited to have a location open close by. I went to get my all-time favorite Cocoa Cream Wow. I always get this drink in other locations without ice because I love my tapioca super soft, and I have a sensory issue with chewy tapioca. The lady behind the register asked if I wanted regular milk or lactaid (other locations I go to serve this drink as lactaid only, so I thought it was interesting they offered more options) I asked for one regular and one lactaid, both with no ice. The lady then told me there’s a lactaid milk shortage nationwide (couldn’t find anything online indicative of such shortage now that I look) and they can’t sell the lactaid version without ice. This means if they don’t put ice they have to add more milk. I opted out to getting both regular (was willing to withstand the pain to satisfy the craving) without ice. She confirmed my order and everything was fine until I got my order with both drinks having ice. I told the lady that took my order I asked for no ice and she turned around and spoke to the other person (it appears that they’re both the owners of the place). The guy told me they don’t recommend selling this drink without ice because it needs it. I told them that I always get it without ice and prefer it that way. But they continued to insist that it is not sold without ice and I couldn’t reason with them. I’m annoyed because they were dishonest. They could have told me from the beginning they don’t want to sell without ice instead of having me go through all the hoops and end up waste my money and time. They appear to be skimping out on the ingredients and are trying to cut costs in the expense of the customer. Even the tapioca and sugar mixture was less than what other locations usually include in this drink. Never coming back here again.
My son and I popped in after his soccer game for a refreshing treat. Tea and toppings were tasty! I had ginger tea with mango jelly, regular bubbles, and red beans.
This was our second visit and the tea was tasty but I prefer the texture of the tapioca pearls available at a different local bubble tea shop. I like that here, you can upgrade to a bigger size for only $0.80, which was perfect for my growing kid. I asked for something that was on the menu but they didn't have it so they had to substitute. The menu is small and a little bit hard to read. I guess I would like to see this shop thrive and maybe make it a little bit warmer environment.
I am a boba addict! I absolutely love boba milk teas. I was excited to try this place. I tried this place 2-3 times and each time I had the same experience. Their milk tea brown sugar taste very different then most places and that is my go to drink. I did shake it many times to get it to mix!Staff is super friendly. I just wasn’t a big fan of their milk teas.
Never had a good tea here. They seem to have a different method for making bubble tea. The teas taste like they barely have any flavor, and are too sweet. I've tried them all and the best place to get bubble tea is from Ding Tea, or Bambu for taro milk tea. Here's what I had:-Taro milk tea. There's virtually no taro flavor in this. It's like it's just milk. It doesn't even taste sweet.-Rose hip milk tea. This was disgusting. The rose flavor tasted rancid and tart, and the milk tea itself wasn't creamy, it had too much water taste in it.-Strawberry green tea lemonade: this was the only good drink I've had from here. However, it was much too sweet.-Almond milk tea: this was okay, but nothing outstanding.Again, go to ding tea or Bambu at least if you want good bubble tea. trust me.
Service great, drink great, tapioca(boba) was not cooked all the way
Great variety of teas, good sizesand fair prices. The owners are genuinely nice and welcoming and the teas are great in flavour! Will definitely be back for more tea.
