No wonder. I just now saw their rating. Horrible customer service. You people really need to start hiring people with some people skills. I know y'all hire bottom of the barrel but they gotta have some people skills. At least in drive thru. Why would you chose people with bad attitudes to work drive thru. You had no chicken,just tenders. Couldn't order a combo that comes with cold slaw and mashed potatoes cause they didn't have bone in chicken. Tenders don't come with slaw and they wanted to charge me for the slaw. Like WTH. It's y'alls fault and I gotta settle for tenders and still get charged extra cause of your lack of management?

Every comment reflects. Please choose another kfc!!Horrible establishment with a horrible history. Incredibly dirty. Hours old chicken and managers that choose to disrespect their customers. This franchise reflects very badly on canton township and should be shut down very soon!!

On google, it says they r gonna open until 9pm both for dine in and drive thru. But closed dine-in at 6:50pm.

Nicest staff but they were out of most chicken except fingers, then got our sides and drinks wrong, eventually got a couple other sides and correct drinks but glad I didn't get right back onto the highway

It's a good KFC. Usually pretty quick and accurate. Location is tricky next to Ikea but worth a bit of hassle

Absolutely the rudest staff and manager I have ever experienced. Before walking in the mulch by the order sign was on fire being I work for a fire company I walked over and seperated the burnt from non burnt and spoke to the cook to grab some water , I go inside to order my meal and ask to sub the coleslaw for mashed potatoes, her response was no they can't be changed , I replied huh that's odd since when ? . Just generally asking . Her reply was since forever proceeding to have me pay . Whille I wait she very loudly starts yelling to another coworker, she can't do this today she ain't gonna do this , the co worker asked what and she proceeds to yell the conversation her and I had right in front of me . Very rude and very unprofessional. I will gladly not be returning if this is what to expect from the workers and manager . When asking for the manager after receiving my food I was told that she was the manager so I didn't press the issue inside the store and just left .

Drive thru was extremely slow. Food was decent. My biggest issue is I wanted my combo made into a large and the lady said she couldn’t do that. I had to order everything separately costing me an additional $5 for mediocre food. Ugh. I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich combo made into a large. That was it.

Horrible customer service. Ordered online to cut the wait. Online order status said it would be ready at 5:24pm, had to wait at the restaurant until 6:00pm when my order was finally ready. Not a single person greeted me, asked if I was there for a pick up or acknowledged my existence while I waited. To top it off the biscuits were still raw.

I wish I could give zero stars. The cashier had an attitude when we tried ordering potato wedges (hadn't been here in years, didn't know the entire menu changed..) they snapped back "fries! We only have fries!" so we paid five dollars for the large (which was half full) and the size of the box was what would have been medium fries at checkers or Wendy's.. the fries and chicken were both so overcooked you could barely chew it. This can't be the same chicken KFC used to sell... The breading is thick/hard not the crisp/thin breading it used to have and taste like they substitute the 11 herbs and seasonings for 11 pounds of pure salt. The chicken itself was stringy and dry, had a worse texture than frozen microwave nuggets. It's no wonder all the KFC's keep closing down - their stuff is inedible and overpriced. I could overlook the workers attitudes if the food was at least decent

I’m ordering for my family. The man who took my order had the worst attitude ever. Please know EXACTLY what you want to order and be FAST before you visit to avoid his attitude.
