I made an order online(Uber eats) , they told me it's ready to pick up. I arrived there waited in drive through then we all figured that the location is CLOSED.I never put a 1 star but this is so unprofessional
Got my whole order wrong, terrible customer service, and lots of attitude.
My brother went 2 go get 2 subs. He ordered a roast beef for himself & italian fore. Nit he got home there were 2 roast beefsNO italian. I can't even eat! I hate roast beef!
Just an overall meh experience. We get Jimmy Johns like clock work every Friday and the drive through guy always sounds less than thrilled to help.The one star mostly comes from their sudden change in pricing which appears to be around 20-55% higher than other Jimmy Johns in the area.For example you can get a slim 4 at this location for $6.29 or other locations are $4.09.#9 here is 8.89 while other locations are 7.15.
It's completely disrespectful how much they went up on prices for super bowl Sunday only without no warning or nothing. Will not give my business here anymore and we order A lot.
Sub par food. They charge MONEY for a cup of WATER. I can say with 99% certainty that thier competitors don't do this. Don't go, not worth your time
My husband just brought home dinner from Jimmy Johns, canton center rd location . I ordered a lettuce wrap minus mayo .The lettuce was brown and wilted and slathered with mayo. Very disappointing I had to through it out
Got food poisoning from this location, happened to two kids (7&5) and two adults
They refuse to remove items from the menu that they no longer carry. Oh, and the founder murders beautiful animals for sport.
ordered three little john subs for $25.00 and they made us sick a few hours later not a good experience
