Very disappointed with my visit. I was first told when I arrived the store had been out of ranch all day. This is one of the main reasons I enjoy Jimmy John’s. I was then handed my bag and told to have a good night. I got home only to realize they had forgotten my beverage. Yes I should have remembered but was throw off by the No ranch. Drive back and they replace it no issues. Come home and eat my “ok” sub. Had maybe 2 thin slices of ham on the entire sandwich. Went to enjoy my chocolate chip cookie only to realize it is oatmeal raisin. Over all not a great experience.
Immediately upon entering this store we were greeted. With smiles and ready to serve attitude the cashier was so polite and friendly. In a world where no one wants to work….the four working did an outstanding job!!
Best customer service around!! The whole crew is mostly new and they actually want to serve you!!

This is the second time I went to this location and my order was not correct. I asked for a refund and was told I had to wait until next day and talk to Ryan from 11am-3pm. I know this dude could’ve given me a refund. I will definitely never come back and I will encourage others to go to another location due to lack of interest in giving customers what they pay for. #NEVERAGAIN
Food came faster than expected. The bbq chicken pizza was delicious.

Do not go here. They will take your money. I have been trying to get ahold of this place for over 2 hours in regards to an order. First off no answers for the first order, so I ordered online, they easily take the money from my card and then after doing that they send me an email with no reason canceling my order but not refunding me my money. Ive been trying to get ahold of them but no answer. I guess my next step is going to the owner. It’s hilarious how these type of “workers” want more pay but our essential healthcare workers get the brute of it because of said “workers” demanding more pay.
I don't know who Jimmy is and I don't know who John is but those two people together made a hell of a sandwich if I ever met both of them I'd shake all four of their hands
