Honestly this may be the best Jimmy John's customer service I've ever had today. The employees we're super chill and just all around good people. Really enjoyed hearing some fun music over the speakers instead of the casual radio stuff you hear daily on repeat.
Good food. Great workers. Had a problem and it was replaced right away. Please remember to list all things added to a sandwich. I am highly allergic to mayonnaise, which isn't listed as being on the sandwich.
We went in at about 12:08 and walked out with 2 subs at 1:09…. This place is NOT freaky fast… a bunch of kids were throwing ketchup at each other when we were waiting.
I've ordered delivery twice both times it was never delivered. THEY SUCKKKKKKK !!!!

I want to recognize this restaurant for excellence in service. The crew is friendlier than family to me. I feel valued and respected as a customer and person at this restaurant. The first few times I suspected they might be disingenuous because they were just so friendly. My subsequent visits have verified that in fact they are sincere in their kindness. May God bless these kind souls. The preparation is fast and accurate. The food tastes excellent. I am sold on this place.
Everytime my job orders from here either the subs are wrong or we're missing subs... one time they even forgot over half of our order. I also didn't ask for BROWN lettuce on my sub... eww.
Order delivery is never 'freaky fast', sometimes an HOUR, today they actually ran out of chips, NEVER seen that.
I ordered a classic one and the bread was awful, kind of dried and hard … too expensive for the kind of food, I prefer subway
