Pizza was ok the Antipasto salad was THE WORST!!! 3 tomatoes 5 pices of meat no hot peppers all lettuce. Don't order salads from here. Lesson learned!
Order pizza told them where to deliver they went to the wrong address didn't call me then said when I called I didn't order a pizza then said I gave the wrong name. Nope I didn't. Then wanted to send me out the same pizza the driver drove around with for an hr would not make it right. Basically said We don't care.
There's always an added wait time for this location, and I am not pleased when I'm expecting fast service and I receive the dreaded "it will be just a few more minutes, we forgot to prepare the salad", that's not good for business, or customer morale.
Ordered pizza well done and light sauce, and wings. After waiting 45 mins for my order they forgot about the wings or "messed them up" told to wait another 15 mins and still werent ready so I finally canceled the wings and took the pizza only. Pizza was cold, covered heavy in sauce, and not well done..gave 2 stars cuz I usually have a good experience here but this time left me upset
pizza was very soft it’s not perfectly cooked, came out everything, and it’s not pieces not perfect cutting all pieces together!
I wanted some Detroit style pizza. It is good pizza. It may not be the best I have had but it was very good. I also ordered bonless.wings. They were very good and may have been better than the pizza. I ordered delivery. It did arrive faster than expected. Unfortunately the driver missed a note about napkins and plates. I was in a hotel.
Do NOT order from this Jets!!My 84 year old Mother ( that never complains and is on a fixed income) got a order from here and was NOT at ALL satisfied. She took her time out of the next day and returned it to the franchise and was pretty much kicked out of the store with no refund or replacement order.Good thing im not a bad person or id definitely be going up there and giving them a peice of my mind.Thank God we can review these days so consumer Beware
Shout out to the manager Nick! He's gotta be the hardest working restaurant employee out there. Every time I order he's the one working the kitchen and register and doing it flawlessly. The pizza is always the best when he makes it! Make sure to ask for Nick if you want the best pizza in canton.
