While, great sandwich. Had a Italian special done Mike's way with extra Mayo, it was really really really great

I attempted to dine in and was greeted by rude staff who said there was a sign on the door that said oine orders only. I would have placed an online order from my phone, but there were several untouched receipts for large online orders out of their machine, and they were busy putting together other online orders too. It was going to be quite a wait.So we went to a competing Sub store in the same plaza, it's always less than 5 minutes there. Do that and save yourself the headache. It's such a shame because I love their subs.Old review: (ONLY come in person to this store!!!! I have tried calling this store since I moved to the area in January, and have never had my call answered. I went in person today to purchase a sub, and saw that the phone had been set to the side off the hook. No wonder. :(The staff were friendly and worked together on my order. And other staff were finishing up a few online orders. I was the only person in the store and got my sandwich quickly. My sub looked great, and I'm sure it tastes great, Jersey Mike's is so tasty. If it's bad I'll change my review to one star lol)
Is visited a week or so ago, this Is is an expensive establishment the prices have gone up ridiculously. Is a full size steak sub is over $15 now. It's no bitter than subways so why?
Excellent sandwiches and customer service. Food was fresh, well made. Staff was polite and efficient.
I ordered from the app at 5:50pm, I tried to call the store several times between the time 7:45 - 8:10 with no answer. At 8:24 I get a text saying my order is on its way. I call the store again, someone answers this time and tells me I have to go to some third party website to get my refund and not to eat the food since it was several hours old. why in the name of God did you even give it to the delivery driver when you know the food sat in room temperature for several hours!!
The staff is awesome ? very clean and super fast ! One of my favorites ?

Good service but supplies like lids and napkins lack at times.
