This was my family’s first time trying Genova. We went for a nice Sunday dinner around 6pm. After we figured out what we wanted (took us forever) we ordered several different pizzas and a calzone. The family had a unanimous opinion that this was the best pizza we have had in years! This isn’t an easy mark since my boys and I are somewhat pizza dudes. On top, somehow on top the professionalism and kind attitude of all the staff was on the same level. We have now found our new pizza joint and look forward to returning here again soon. Hopefully next time we can try the desserts but I’m guessing we won’t have room again :-)

This place has some really good pizza. At first, we were disappointed to see that they don’t have flavored crusts like some other places, but their pizzas really do not need it! I love how non-greasy the pies are too. The Margherita Pizza I had was very light and flavorful. My most recent order from them was the chicken parmesan calzone and it was so good, I definitely recommend it! My husband tends to enjoy their Hawaiian pizza with the prosciutto, and we get an order of mozzarella sticks every time. They are addicting!

Easily my favorite local pizza place. Everything is fresh and it's not overpriced. I haven't tried the wings because last time I went I was just in a hurry but they look really good. I always get the white pizza with arugula, chicken and balsamic and it's delicious. They were super busy last time I went in and said it'd be 30 minutes but it only took 15ish. Double points in my book! It's good for take out or even quick, casual eat-in. You won't regret it if you go!

Came here for the first time last night. And let me tell you if you want to go to a place that makes pizza properly and the way it should be made this is the place to go. I highly recommend trying their calzone cook perfectly and was absolutely delicious. Great job guys I plan on coming back

The wood fired pizza oven is a great touch. It’s what attracted me here and why I’ve given the place a few chances. Why go through the hassle of dealing with wood, however, if the flavor and effect isn’t apparent? What could be a beautifully fresh, wood-scented restaurant and flavored pizza, is completely covered by the smell and saturation of burning fryer oil which permeated my senses and covered all flavors in the pizza. There’s two things needed to fix this: one is simple to use fresh oil in the fryers, especially on a Friday night. Not only does the restaurant smell like old, burned oil, but the wings tasted like oil reused from the week before.Old oil smells horrible and leaves fried foods tasting heavy and burned. The second, which is more costly, but would give the pizza and the restaurant the taste and atmosphere it deserves, is to actually put in a range hood over the fryers. Maybe this location is grandfathered in, but I always thought code required this.Other than that, the flavors (when present) are good enough. Maybe my last trip was an off day, but every pizza was baked a couple minutes too long and the crust was dark dark brown…again, not a deal breaker, but that’s 1-2 minutes faster delivery per pizza if addressed.I don’t think I’ll be back, but wish everyone the best. The staff works hard and are pleasant.

After checking the wait times for a few other places first, we happened to spot this amazing pizza establishment which had less of a wait time than other places in the area. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with the delicious smell of pizza and a view of the wood-fire brick oven. The menu had a variety of things to choose from so there were options for everyone. After ordering our food, we sat down at a cloth covered table and enjoyed the view of our meals being prepared right in front of us. To say the least, the pizza was amazing and so was our time spent here! I will definitely be visiting again.

Way better than expected. It was delicious, the ingredients were fresh, and the pizza was perfectly cooked. The staff was extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. I’ll be returning soon!

The first two times I went here was great, but last two times terrible. It started with me waiting patiently for the cashier/manager to get of the phone. Once he did he blatantly looked away from me to the guy waiting behind me to help him before me. Once I finally got my pizzas the order was screwed up. The worst part was the pizzas itself. Somehow the crust was soggy and greasy but the cheese and toppings were burnt. I don't know how you can manage to do that. I am just going to stick with Buddys or Pizza House next time.

Hot damn that's some amazing pizza! Best brick oven pizza I've ever had. The Greek with fresh tzatziki is truly killer. Definitely goanna stop any time I'm in Canton.
