today i want to thank all the staff at dairy queen for their honesty. Today I forgot my wallet for about 8 hours and they kept it for me. Thank you very much ?
I attempted to order 4 turtle Sundaes from this Dairy Queen. We went through the drive-through. When I got to the window I received 4 turtle flurries. Since the girl in the drive-through window seemed stressed out we excepted the turtle flurries however my son was very disappointed so I went back in. I ordered one more turtle Sundae which I was charged for. I was also charged for extra pecans which I did not get. On the turtle Sundae I did receive there was only caramel and pecans. No fudge. I requested fudge but I got the Chocolate dipping sauce that hardens. Everything about this experience was terrible there is no manager there and nobody looks like they knew what they were doing. Do not go here! $26 for a terrible ice cream experience. Eat ice cream at home.
I tried calling this location before going this route but no answer the two times I called. We bought 4 blizzards tonight and they all tasted burnt. Like the machine used to blend them was burning up or something. It was awful and we couldn’t eat them!
They were drive thru only . Could clearly see that there was at least 6 kids in there , probably all under 20. It wasn't very busy either so not sure why they went drive thru only. Disappointed ☹️
I had the worker named ‘Makenzie’ at the front counter and she was a pleasure! She was polite the whole time and my blizzard was definitely good. I wasn’t a fan of DQ at first but I may be now, she’s a great addition at this location.
I would avoid this location in Canton, MI. Went through the drive thru today and received a snickers blizzard with no candy pieces in it and this is not the first time that has happened. I would recommend going up the street to Culvers. They are generous with their toppings and you get a larger size product for less money.
Line was INSANE on a Tuesday night, but they handled it quickly. Delicious as usual.
Horrible! Entire staff has not a clue what they are doing. Asked if they still made Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzards. They said yes. Got to the window and what they handed out the window certainly looked nothing like what we have ever previously ordered. Asked the incredibly ignorant young man at the window what was in what he handed to us and he had no idea. What? Found out after 5 minutes, after everything else was melting, what was in it. Young people, it is not rocket science to make ice cream treats. Learn. And stop worrying about getting a minimum wage increase. You don't deserve it.
Went to get a blizzard and the ice cream in it was already melted, looked like it was water basically, brutal
The drive thru is great, and super fast!! It's always a great experience here!
