I've been to this place few times and it's always been fun and clean. Although this time it seemed it way busier than before, granted there was the Eid Al-Adha holiday and everyone wanted to have fun in an indoor facility rather than being burnt by the sun like me. It seemed it was a bit understaffed but the service was still great, the staff are super friendly, very helpful, kudos to them and the stress they are handing given the shortage they were in!

‼️1st: be AWARE of FAKE comments.‼️We read google NEGATIVE reviews before coming & had a low expectation. It turned out WRONG.we came to this place the 1st time via a birthday party.1] Pizza were tasty.2] We found all game machines working.3] Employees were fine.Only 2 con:1] toys for ticket redemption are not attractive. But our focus were game time, so, fine.2] not easy / intuitive to activate a machine via the touch pass.

My daughter had a good time, but there were apparently changes made to the specials. They no longer include tokens with the combos, but you can buy unlimited play for different time periods. (I think it was $15 for 30 minutes of unlimited play.) It took longer than either of us expected to get our food. We exhausted the 30 minutes of play, and it still took a while to get our food. Personally, I would prefer to get credits on the play card than have it just run out of time.

Took my family here and had a lot of fun. Things have changed over the years but its still a good place to bring the fam! Clean facility and plenty of games for everyone.

I understand things are getting more expensive right now and there's issues with inventory, but the amount of money I paid for 4 pops and a handful of chicken nuggets was a bit crazy. I spent too much money for the amount of stuff we did/ate there. The kids still had a good time, but it just really has gone downhill over the years and it's sad.

First time. They still have the band. Which is my sons favorite part. It was clean. And staff was nice.

We went there for my Great-Grand King Solar Return aka[Birthday] 4/14/2022had a wonderful time the staff was awesome restrooms clean and building tidied in a timely manner ample parking. plenty of games. centrally located close to shopping stores etc. The wine was great also.

Absolute trash service. Didn’t stamp our hands when we came in. That’s ok though because they didn’t check when we left either. We ordered play points on the kiosk. 40 minutes every one ignored us before we could get our garbage prizes. Should know when you walk in and they have signs about how they’re short staffed all over to turn around. Too bad the kid already had Chuck E. Cheese in her plans.

Big fun for your children, the games are all in working condition. Pizza is top notch. The staff is really nice. The bathrooms smell really bad and they always have. The play cards are amazing, once time runs out then it's time to go.

Really fun for the granddaughters. Very clean. Not crowded, the pizza was good, especially as far as the girls were concerned. Will be back again soon!
