I love Chipotle and nothing complained, but I just wanted to share you have to place order online or app in advance and then go pickup there. They don't take any order at the counter due to short hands situation which many places are struggling right now. This is as of 6/18/22. I would recommend to check with them if you still have to place order in advance or they can take order at the counter.

This is the worst Chipotle. We ordered online, my son drove to pick it up. He got there 9:43p. The order was not ready. He was told they had no white rice. He said he can take it without rice, then they told him they are actually closed and gave him a website to claim the refund. This is the second time in a row this place disappoints us and we don’t order out often. Never again.

They were out of salad bowl greens but managed to make my beef bowl carb free and it was delicious.

Normally this location gets everything right- today, every meal in my order was WRONG!! I meticulously placed my 3 person order because me, my husband and our son have different tastes when it comes to Chipotle.. My son and I could deal with issues- but my husband worked a long shift at the hospital and was STARVING when he got home- only to discover that his meal was COMPLETELY wrong!! I hope this is not a trend?

So… they don’t take cash right now, they have no fajita veggies and the counters are filthy. But the best pet was when the guy dropped the cap from his sharpie marker into the guacamole tub, picked it out and threw it on the counter, and kept working like it was no big deal! ?

Terrible customer service. Walked in 2 minutes past my order, food wasn’t ready yet. That’s fine. The girl who was packaging my food, who I was standing RIGHT next to, proceeded to talk badly about how there was too much food in my order and she didn’t understand why we couldn’t just order one item instead of many. We made eye contact when she asked my name on my order and proceeded to hand me the bag, no apology or anything for being completely unprofessional. Nobody greeted me, said one word to me, and food was not good. Chips were stale, and cold. Bowl was mediocre at best. Definitely won’t be back, and will never let any of my friends or family dine here either

Highly disappointed in both the food and service! This is the kids quesadilla, they cook it with the tin foil on. It sat cooking for longer than 10 minutes and I had to remind the person working that I was waiting for it. The tin foil is so stuck to the food that it probably will not be edible! They were out of peppers and onions and the brown rice is hard. They were less than friendly. You can either tell that they are new or just don’t care in service or food quality. I’m not sure if there was a manager working, but they really need someone to go in and train and ensure things are running correctly. It’s a very busy place and I won’t be back if this is what I will get! From reading other reviews, this is a consistent issue. Hope they fix it!

I was really impressed today with the service by one worker in particular. He really went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. When I was checking out, another employee told me that the bags for the burrito bowl had run out, so I took a burrito bag, which didn't fit my food properly. Upon seeing this, he went back and gave me the proper size bag for my order. Even though I know this caused friction amongst the employees and I'm sure that he got reprimanded in some way, I really appreciated being valued as a customer and this small act went a long way. Five stars to you my brotha.

One of the worst restaurant experiences in Canton. Constantly behind on orders for pickup, commonly over 30 minutes. Also just paid over $14 for a bowl with double meat ordered through the app to come home, open it up and have literally no meat on the bowl. Ordered fajitas too, but those weren’t there either, but that’s normal here. And the black and pinto beans I said I didn’t want, those were both on there. Used to be a great establishment, and I love the company of Chipotle, but this store is a disaster. You’re better off driving to a different location or visiting one of the other half dozen Mexican restaurants in canton that care about their customers and I’m sure would appreciate the business.

I ordered Three Chicken Tacos with extra Chicken. Tacos came without any extra chicken. People should avoid buying from this place. Hopefully they learn and improve.
