They say third time is a charm you got that right ! This will forever be the last time I step foot inside this restaurant. The manager on duty if one at all clearly need some training. Seems to be a bunch of young kids managed poorly. Today I waited two hours for food and then another 20 minutes waiting on the manager to come to my table, only followed by having to walk out of course I personally gave this poor waitress a tip but told her to tell the manager I guess we’ll call it even is even the appetizer that took forever to even receive was brought out wrong the guacamole taste rotten and they didn’t have what they needed to make it so they said if I wanted an extra side of guacamole or more salsa I could do that. At this time I could see why as there was about seven other tables sitting around me quite a few of them had been there before me all sitting there with either empty drink glasses a side of chips and salsa to tide them over still waiting for their food well I was no longer waiting for my food and this is the third time it has happened to me and a few of the staff members told me how horrible the environment is working for this facility. Today I often wonder did they even have a cook and are they asking their waitresses to stay off the floor so that their customers can’t continue to ask where is my food at this time somebody needs to get corporate management involved here at Chili’s

Ordered curbside pickup. Came on the time it said it should be done and checked in. Waited 20 minutes and didn't hear a thing. I called to ask when it will be finished, they immediately came out with our order. Half the food was cold, my wife's frozen mar-go-rite wasn't so frozen, and they gave no silverware for her pasta. Usually not an issue but we're traveling. Food was good otherwise.

My wife and I we're cold the whole time we were there. Others also complained that the air conditioning was on too cold. I asked 3 people turn it off without success. Or food was excellent and the service was good, but I hate to be cold now I'm eating

1st I would like to say that I really like Chili's. But the Canton location is abysmal. I have been 3 times post pandemic. I understand things are different. But everything they do not have enough staff or food. The management needs to get things inorder. There is really no excuse. I have been to many places that are staffed and operated just fine, all over metro Detroit. I wish it would get better but I will go other places before stopping there.

Customer service and food quality has gone downhill, I understand there is a worker shortage but that does not mean that corners need to be cut or standards need to minimal or nonexistent. The picture is suppose to be Margitta Chicken but this is what I received when I got home. I’m case you didn’t know, it’s suppose to come but a lot more chicken, Pico, tortilla strips and two sides. Unbelievable that they would let this go out the door and it’s not even close to what the order is suppose to look like.

Ordered a Santa Fe Chicken salad....I got home and saw nothing but a bowl of shredded lettuce...NOTHING ELSE. No chicken, nothing but shredded lettuce.I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger...apparently they ran out of bacon, so they just sprinkled bacon bits (used for a salad) on my cheeseburger.I should have stopped ordering after I ordered pasta and found shredded pieces of plastic mixed in the food....looks like they were chopping up food and a plastic top to a to-go cup fell in the chicken undetected...and my daughter pulled the plastic out of her mouth.This place is gross and makes mistakes everytime. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I went with my family and they told me it will be a 2 hour wait because they only serving near the bar . Isn’t this a family restaurant. I will never spend my money there again

Under staffed, poor communication with floor staff and kitchen. Bar closed due to no bartender only lounge open didn't want to open table for 6. Didn't sing happy birthday. Hostess didn't communicate professionally and made snarky comments. Piss poor apology is when four tables were open and people being turned away for 30 minutes wait. Food came out separate and not all complete. Waited up to 20 minutes for all parts of meals.

Food was COLD, ordered vegetarian food but random pieces of meat in Quesd. after waiting half an hour for food, asked the waiter how long we need to wait more and then they just brought food but it was cold and partial order. called server to talk about the situation, she never came back. ended up paying the bill and left
