Don't waste your time. Food not good at all!. Hot Chocolate was basically watery. Waitress took our order then modify to what she wanted instead. How does that even make sense?Waitress went on to ask for tip in cash saying she has bills to pay. I would never!!!Quality of food -1 star. Nothing looks like the picture.
Bob Evans ain't what it used to be. Really went downhill fast in the last couple years. Been to three different restaurants and they're all the same, bad!
Loved the mashed potatoes. The chicken noodle soup was awesome. The food tastes like home cooking. We will be BACK
I expect chain restaurants like Bob Evans to have consistency with their menus and the quality of their food. What sets the individual locations apart are cleanliness and quality of service. This Bob Evans hits all three. The food was properly prepared and tasty. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, and the dining area was clean. Going back for sure.
So we were seated by the hostess which was fine Until I approached her and asked her very nicely may we please have a booth she made a very ugly gesture it held and it held very deeply and was like ha you wanna boot though so I thought that was very unprofessional of her part I asked very nicely if we could just be moved from a table to a booth and it seem like she was bothered by it so at the end of it we didn’t even move due to the way she acted when I asked very nicely if we could please have a booth I believe that this is very unprofessional and very bad customer service I don’t know if it was because I was brown and I was with my partner that was African-American I don’t want to believe that but she sounded like she was very upset because I asked if we may have A booth please but other than that the food was delicious..
We were on the wait list for 20 minutes which was fine. The hostess wrote our name down and they let two people jump in front of us. We confronted her and she didn’t care. The staff were rude and nasty. The staff would also argue with each other which created a uneasy environment. We ended up leaving and won’t be coming back.
Fresh fruit cup with bite size portions just melts in your mouth- terrific with breakfast or lunch. Friendly server made our experience extra pleasant. Can’t wait until next time!
The food is hit and miss.. need better management. Person who handled my food had cat hair all over her black blouse. It was very noticeable. Guess what, a cat hair was in my salad.. never going back to this establishment again. Most restaurants seem as though they hire anybody.
Needed my meal in a container different than standard. They were happy to fix it up for me. As good as their Taylor Mich location.
The waitress was super sweet I did find a hair in my food but they were extremely nice about it. The manager came out to apologize and ask if I wanted anything else. Even tho it was a stumble they handled it well.
