Server was great! However waited almost a 1/2 hour for food that horrible and we were 1 of 5 tables in the whole place. I ordered the farm fresh chicken sandwich that had a pile of grease on the top of it that soaked into the bun and seemed like it was old chicken. Only had a few bites and sent it back, the Mac and cheese was hardly edible either. My mom ordered a BLT and her bread was burnt with nasty wilted lettuce and day old bacon. The manager never came to our table only to have him at the register and no apology was given and he seemed irritated that we complained. The waitress was great, but We will not be back!!
The serve we received was horrible the waitress never came to check on us, she forgot my kids eggs. The silverware was dirty old food stuck to the knife and fork. Old coffee or hot chocolate stain on the spoon. Waitress did not assist with this issue had 2 different people help me. Never came to see if we were good after that. After eating our food with plastic forks, I had to get the waitress for to-go containers and check.
Main entrance windows need cleaning. Silverware either dirty, tarnished or too old, sent back a couple of times.Glass of milk was dirty.Bathrooms, both men and women were dirty, floor was disgusting.The food had a different taste to it, was not the greatest.We will not be returning to this location. Very dissappointed.
After waiting for twenty mins for a waitress to come to our table..(we actually thought that they forgot about us) We called over a waitress to see when we would be able to order...she told us that she was training a 16 yrs old and that we would have to wait. Rude as can be!! Three other couples came in after us and were waiting on!!We decided to leave after her attitude. I asked to see the manger...she was the manager!! Unbelievable, as she has no business working with the public with her terrible mouth. Talking back to customers so that they leave.
Roast beef dinner was not microwaved enough.. 1/2 was room temp other 1/2 COLDMashed potatoes & carrots were hot \0/. Tried for the first time, never again. L.George on Michigan Ave. WAY BETTER ?
Popped in for a light dinner. Our waitress, Morgan was awesome. Food was hot, delicious and prompt.
Reliable tasty food and good service, especially as chains go. Take away the branding and BE is a glorified Coney Island restaurant, but that's a testimony to branding effectiveness. Red shiplap is cool with the senior crowd!
I had lunch here today with my niece. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. My niece ordered the Rise and Shine breakfast. Both meals were very good. Those biscuits are fabulous. Our waitress Lisa was terrific.
I was seated at a booth and waiting over 10 minutes to be served I never was asked about a drink I finally ordered the food took long to get back and soon as my food got placed on the table it had hair in my food so I told the waitress I have hair in my food she told me to hold on walked passed me several times I had to get up from the table and take the food back to the cooks myself to tell them what was wrong I would never go back to this company the waitress was very rude and careless I also been trying to report this issue on the phone after I left and I been on hold for over 30 minutes I can’t seem to get in touch with a manager this is ridiculous ?
The food was horrible today. I really should have sent my food back but I don't like to waste. Ordered a omelet basically felt like they cooked the eggs and then just placed the toppings in the middle and flipped the other half of the egg over. That is not how u cook an omelet. My friend ordered grilled onions in her scrambled eggs they were barely cooked and just threw on top of the scrambled eggs. Um your cooks need to learn how to cook. Oh the eggs were over cooked. They had no strawberry jelly only grape. Your waitress was crabby too
