One of the better BiggBy's in the area. Nice staff, and seem to be getting along just nice.Nice for a quick visit. The bagels they use are really nice too.

Love Biggby coffee but at the Michigan ave one there is no consistency at all. The last three lattes I’ve had were so watered down. Hoping they can retrain their baristas on how to make a latte correctly.
Overall they make my drink okay usually. I stopped going here years ago when I moved out of the area. Now I have been going back once or twice a week and as long as I don’t go in the morning, I am content. There is a girl in the morning who works the drive thru & she is not a very friendly face to have working directly with the customers. I don’t know if it’s just me, but my cousin said something last time we went that she was rude. Hopefully they work on improving their overall customer service, because it is very unwelcoming.Last visit I had, there was a nice girl who said I had a free drink (13 pts) but I said I had a BOGO coupon so I saved my free drink for next time. Well, next time came & the same (rude) girl that I mentioned above, said I only have 12 points now. So not sure what happened there. She just laughed in my face. But whatever. I will get my free drink then probably won’t go back.
Today was my first time trying Biggby & I’m happy I did. Excellent customer service from start to finish. The cashier was VERY friendly & pleasant — and my order was perfect! Great job, Biggby Michigan Ave. :)

Great coffee, better than Starbucks and they give you coconut milk wo charging extra.
Good location, the store is clean and the staff are friendly with happy smiling faces.
I pass by this Bigby every single day on my way to work and I cannot say enough BAD things about it... the service of the woman this morning was the worst I'd ever heard at the drive thru... absolutely rude and they are constantly out of eggs
