I was given one pack of soy sauce for my order, when I asked for more they said they were out. You guys need to tell your customers your out of soy sauce before they order their food. Also I paid for extra beef, and have the least amount of beef I've seen in an order of mongolian beef. Terrible business conduct. Although at least they enforce mask wearing, give me a break.
247wallst.com named Best China the best Chinese food in MI. With places like New Peking in Garden City, among other high quality places in MI, we felt this was a stretch so we gave it a try.We ordered a little of everything, noodles, fried rice, a chicken dish, a seafood dish & a beef dish & in our humble opinions it was just average. Very forgettable & very very far from the best of anything. It wasn't bad by any means but...
I order Chinese twice a week but first time here at best China and never again lol. The portions you get are so small compared to other places. Usually I order the shrimp lo maine and it would feed my wife and I. This time we ordered 2 shrimp lo mians from best China because the kids wanted some to. lol 30mins later Domino's pizza was knocking at our door with a large pizza to make up the difference and make sure everyone was feed.
Just got food from here a few minutes ago and honestly it might be the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had… ordered 3 quarts of wonton soup and they forgot two of them. Good thing because as you can see in the pic, the broth is straight up soy sauce.Everything else was not good. The almond sauce for the chicken was like a dessert almond flavoring for baking. Even the crab Rangoons were not good, not sure how you screw those up? They gave us spring rolls, not egg rolls, and no wontons for the wonton soup? I paid $50 and nearly everything was screwed up.Went off the reviews to eat here definitely won’t be back.
Been a customer for a several years now, not sure what has gone awry. Was literally best in Canton at one point (even better than Szechuan), but the last two years have definitely been tough to watch from a slide in quality standpoint. Not sure if it’s a “who’s cooking tonight” issue, but textures and flavors are very off to say the least (even the fried rice was bad — hard to screw that up).Their hot and sour soup was one of my favorites, threw it in the fridge until tomorrow (afraid to try it after such a disappointing app and main).
Used to think this was an excellent place...nope, not anymore. Ordered egg foo young - although done well, the 'brown' gravy was a cream color and tasted like a sweet almond. After what I paid for it, of course I ate it, but... won't do a repeat.
Food was really spicy but so good. There was a great ratio of veggies to meat. It was ready so fast. I ordered thru door dash and from order to delivery it was 20 minutes, can't beat that!
Good meal. Taste nice. Price loq
This is our first visit to Detroit. Based on online reviews, my wife and I ordered the house specialties: duck and eggplant. Both of them tasted good with reasonable price. Highly recommend this place if you are interested in authentic Chinese food.
Food was not bad in flavor, but not the best Shanghai food I had. Bought a dozen dishes for $200 for eight people, filled up every one nicely
