We ordered my daughter the “Ice Cream Float Cake” for her birthday. The cake looked like a first grade student made it during recess!! It was half melted, no cherry, no straw and leaning to one side! It was also much, much, much smaller than the picture displayed on their website. I asked if anyone could doctor it up and make it semi presentable (with tears), the “manager” told me I would have to pay extra! He was very rude, unprofessional and had no customer service skills! I WILL NEVER COME INTO THIS STORE AGAIN! I DO NOT RECOMMEND CAKES FROM HERE.
Poor icecream serving. My banana royal DID NOT look like the picture. The enployee said "sorry for your disappointment, maybe next time"
Came here with about 45 minutes before closing to get ice cream and the door was locked. Only drive-thru was available so it was hard to sample flavors and decide what to get.I would not come here again
The workers were very rude definitely not coming back, I order a Mangonada and the cup was not fill all the way. I also order a ice cream in a cone and the worker broke the cone and still gave it to me that way. Very disappointed

It’s happened to me twice. Manager was very rude. Probably management should look into this. He gives wicked smile after giving rude answers. Never going to this shop again. Ice cream is good. There are other Baskin Robbins here in canton. Highly not recommended this place.
This is the worst location, they close early everyday and always running low on supplies.
The store is closed when I reach by 11pm. In google it says 12pm as store close time. Totally waste of time and disappointment. Please update the timings properly.
