I am so excited for Sheeba to replace Balaji. Sheeba of Dearborn is amazing, but now they are opening in our neighborhood! Can't wait for them to open!!!

Their food was always below average, only reason I would come here is because it’s one of the only pure veg restaurants. On two different occasions on regular days their timing online said “Open” but they were closed with no notice on the door or on their phone system, no posters of their everyday timings either. If you close please update that online on google maps and other platforms so people are not inconvenienced.

Quality and Taste of food not good. The Bisibele bath is not but Sambar Rice. Medu Wadai was not crispy. Chutney was cold with no taste also it looks like the old stuff stored in fridge. The Sambar for the Dosa is the Sambar in Bisibele Bath in a water form. Do not recommend. There are other alternate indian places. Try to avoid here.

The chole bature is TO DIE FOR!! I’ve never savored a take-out Indian dish like the one I got from this restaurant. Wonderful food!! ❤️❤️

The customer service is just non existent. It feels like they almost hate it that you're in their restaurant, giving them business. I have never seen a restaurant that charges for water. To top this off, the food tasted very bad. The dosa, Vada and chaat were consistently disgusting. I really hope they revamp their experience or close the place down.

The taste of the food wasn't like we were expecting. The previous owner had the the taste like mumbai street food. But the new ownership taste is more like street food from gujurat.

Honestly, if I have option I would not even have given 1 star. They deserve to have negative 5 star. The service was beyond pathetic. Especially front the man who is working at the cashier. We didn’t feel welcome at all. The tables were not even clean even though store was not busy at all. Sorry never ever coming again!

They promise you 15 mind and make you wait for 45 mins for a carry out. They forget parts of the order and when you call back they tell you they aren't able to provide a refund and expect you to get there again for the missing food.Bad bad service

Was sent back at 8.10 pm on a Sunday when the restaurant says they close at 9 pm.We just landed from across country. My wife called twice to check if you will serve us. Our call was not answered. If known before hand we would choose to drive to another restaurant and not waste 20 min coming there. Also one can open the doors to explain your challenges instead of nodding ‘no’ to send us back. I have been sent back from other restaurants as-well sorry to say this was just out right cold.

Pre-covid this place was pretty good. Worth every cent, cheap delicious food which could beat the big indian restaurants in Michigan.Unfortunately it is not the same currently. Zero staff, self service, they dont even offer water or napkins unless you beg for it, mediocre overpriced food, dirty tables, rude manager and half of the menu items are unavailable.I understand covid hit lot of businesses, but if they keep continuing like this, i wont be surprised if they close soon, will not go back !One simple advice, if you cannot afford a decent chef, try to cover it up by greeting customers with a smile and providing them with the basic stuff !
