this restaurant used to be really good, The woke manager was not very happy. No greeting and waited 15 minutes for my food.
The new Wagu burger is on point.

Went there Wed. night, 5/11/22, after 9pm and they did a lousy job. The wraps were folded like a quesadilla (circular) -- not cylindrical like a properly folded wrap. They were not properly filled either (like half). This has been a favorite Arby's of ours, but after the last couple of times we've been there, having similar experiences both times, we're not going back right now until they bring back the quality. It's NOT what it used to be at this location.
Do they put cheese sauce on the beef and cheddars? It's not just this Arby. I've been to others. The great decline.
Hours "confirmed" by business 6 days ago. Went there just now (10:24 pm) and they are closed...drove 10 mins one way for McDonald's across the street that was really open!
Arby's offers a variety of alternative drive through fast food items. They offer deli sandwiches wraps & Pitas. They offer Crisp chicken sandwiches, strips & nuggets. I found the chicken sold at Arby's to be just not as greasy as what I find at other fast foods. Arby's also has a variety potatoe sides to choose from. There are choices for salads as well. Fountain drinks & seasonal desserts as well. I find the people at Arby's to always B friendly dedicated to getting your order correct & well able & willing to talk about details of the items they sell. I would definatly reconnend Arby's
I'm willing to offer up 2 stars because I know everyone has a bad day. However, my visit to this location was awful 3 employees verified my order at the window, which is annoying as it is, but more so considering I only ordered a sandwich and a drink..... One of which they still forgot to give me. The employees were not friendly at all either. Incompetent, inefficient, and unfriendly, are all reasons I won't return.

Sam is the BEST!!!! He's the truth! This place should make him manager cause he's so nice and helpful. I drive 20 pass TWO OTHER Arby's just to see Sam! My guy ????
