Dining room closed without any signage. You have a website arbys and a lot of windows it is not that hard to tell people this information.
Ordered a chicken sandwich and it had everything else on it but the actual chicken. How does someone miss the main ingredient

I went for a drice thru, ordered 3 snack packs, and some fries. She asked if i want to dobate a $, said no thank u, someother time. Went to window to pick up the order, the lady doesnt event bend a little to hand over the stuff to me, i was unable to reach it even after unbucklung myself, then she chuckles at me, i opened my car door, got down to reach the order, is it becoz im brown ? Or i havent donated? Atleast she could have strectched her arm a little bit more or bent a little. The way she looked at me was horrible. Has a bitter experience at michigan ave arbys.
This Arby’s sucks they close at 8 PM their food doesn’t taste that good
Employee argued that they did not have 3 pepper sauce when we got it 3 days earlier. The manager brought it to us. Thank you

The Sandwich that I ordered was very thin with the Meat and and wasn't very tasteful. The Crinkled Fries were OK, if they were fresh would've been better.
Ordered at the drive thru, associate repeated each item and then sighed heavily after each one. Then as I ordered, I had coupons, this elected more sighs. Got to window and total was $4-5 more than expected ,after notifying the cashier, found that she didn't use the coupon. Requested it be corrected, was told it couldn't be corrected, so she said the only thing she could do was give me back my coupon. Also the order was missing a mozzarella order, au gres and horsey sauce. I expected better from Arby's, will not visit this location again. 1 star is stretching it
Lots of advertising sent me here for the $5 boneless wings/fries. They did a good job. The sauce was a true buffalo hot wing sauce. The portion was 5 large boneless wings and lots of fries for only $5.
