Usually go there with friends and order a family spicy nugget. They gave me a regular nugget so I called to see what can be done. The manager had answered and said i always call here and told me i cant keep doing that. I even had stated my nane and that i had a double order I had never called up there before that. I was really dissapointed with how the staff, (mainly the manager) handled the entire situation and if you have the ability just go to the other wendys downtown brighton if you want to get your order right.
It the best awesome ribs great sides walked in had dinner on the table in less than 5 minutes friendly fast service!!!! This place is my go to anytime I'm jonesing for ribs YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.
I swung into the Lee Rd Wendy's this morning on my way home from my job and ordered a sausage, egg and Swiss croissant. The so called sausage had the consistency of their junior burger and was over cooked. There was no Swiss cheese on it at all. The croissant was what appeared to be a square biscuit. Definitely won't be going there again.
Location is a bit difficult to get to. Our food was correct and came quickly, but the person taking our order seemed impatient, and the person at the window wasn't very polite.
Unfortunately the order was messed up. Pretty simple things were missing. Also missing a strap for a drink. They were verry fast. I'd go again but I'll have to check my bag next time before leaving. I recommend you do the same.
Gave me the wrong order and when I called they blamed me for it! It was the difference of a burger and a chicken sandwich that’s a whole different meal! Not sure how saying I need a #1 “single” meal sounds like chicken sandwich but I guess of course it’s my fault!! As I drove away the girl was yelling stop messing with my head set so hmmmm do you think maybe you guys were the problem not me!!
I enjoy Wendy's for a good fast food fix, particularly if I feel like a cooked to order burger, and the fries are generally underrated. But I find myself going to the one on Lee Rd in Brighton more often than any other location because the people there have always treated me with grace, kindness and respect. They recognize me as a regular and are extremely kind and go the extra mile for service. I highly recommend this Wendy's and I will keep visiting!
They don't use the ice scooper. I have witness many of the employees stick dirty cups including thier hands into the ice machine even after handling money.
Burger aweful. No flavor and mushy texture. New fies are not good at all. McDonald's has nothing to worry about. They were hot though. Lady behind counter was very nice. Have to stick with Wendy salads.
Fairly quick. But would be good if they actual listen to what you ordered. They never give you a receipt
