1) Every time I come here they get the order wrong to the point that I no longer get Wendy’s anymore2) the dine-in is closed so you have to do the drive through and wait in the line for at least 20-30 mins, 30-45 for me usually because my order is never right and I have to go around again3) the wait time for “fast food” isn’t so fast (see #2)

My husband was picking up a grub hub order and the customer ordered a frosty and the guy whoHas glasses didn’t relay the message about the “frosty machine is down for the night” and assumed a cookie was a good replacement without my husband being able to ask his customer if the cookie substitution was alright.Very unprofessional.

After waiting 15 minutes for my order with three cars in line, I was missing a large fry. For $22 this is what I get. Then I had to wait in line another 15 minutes, staff did not care about my inconvenience and got no apologies. They also upsold me a cookie for my son, and never got that either.

Almost every single time I go to this location they get my order wrong. I ask for a Dave’s double with just cheese on the meat and I get a bun with literally NO BURGER and cheese, lettuce and tomato? I ask is they still have the 6 piece nugget and they say yes. They give me a 4 piece nugget. I ask for coke and I get diet. I’m sick of it. Not coming here again.

Where do I start?Let's start with I spent 30 dollars on possibly the WORST meal on the planet.My fries were cold and gross.My spicy nuggets were lukewarm and gross.And my Jr bacon cheeseburger....well, the keyword in that is bacon, which my burger did NOT have... Now I get it, fast food right before they close blah blah blah but....my bacon tho? How is that possible? I'm not even gonna mention how the burger was already made wrong, but y'all forgot my bacon... now, to make matters worse.... My burger was older than I am. I wouldn't give it to a homeless dog. (See video on my Facebook)And the words "no ice" means no ice, therefore there should be NO ice in my drink, and yet..... No surprise tho, there was ice in my drink...And then y'all messed up my pregnant girlfriends food too?Y'all should just quit.While I'm here.... Your drive through cashier seemed like he was mad at the fact he was alive, well, that's something we can agree on. So between him and whatever moron was making food horribly....your parents should be insanely embarrassed that y'all can't make a burger at Wendy's correctly. KYS.

What happened? Over the last 2 years service sucks. Orders always wrong, employees rude. Food is always cold too.my son had an interview there and was supposed to have a 2nd one and noone ever called not to mention the property needs serious maintenance. If it's still Sundance that's owns this place you should be ashamed.

Stop here coming from Detroit heading home to Holland though there was no eating in dining room and some what got our order incorrect, they made up for with the best tasting and freshly cooked, Spicy chicken sandwich I've had from Wendy's in quite some time.

Busy drive thru but handled very well. Food was hot and made to order. Clean area and easy in and out. Will visit them again. Great place for fast lunch from drive thru.

Waited in line for 25 minutes to be told to come back because their register crashed. Such a joke.

Seems to always taste better than the last time I went. Sometimes I just order the fries! I order my food without a bun and then bun came anyway! Free buns!
