I have a specific drink. FOR YEARS Sounds complicated but, it's not really. I got it and AGAIN I was "argued with" or "corrected". ITS THE ONLY Starbucks that does this to me. -- Venti, non fat Green Tea Latte', iced- with no ice. 10 scoops Macha 3 pumps raspberry.-- Nope, I get this 1/4 " on the top foamy green drink. BECAUSE they INSIST it HAS TO BE SHAKEN. No, it doesn't. Every other place just stirs it. Even in the same cup.

Very clean. Efficient and friendly enough staff. Just seemed as if they could've been more organized or I would have given them a 5 Star rating. What I mean by that is they take orders than stack them up on the to-go area of the counter but leave customers to figure it all out themselves. They say the person's name once very low and dismissive... hard to hear. So you have lots of people rifling through beverages/food orders. Made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Pulled up at 3:58pm the day before Easter, the drive thru employee stood in front of my car on her phone without taking my order, walked up at 4pm and said they were closed at 4. Which I thought was because of the Holiday, but they are open at 5am on Easter. She was just being lazy and wasn’t even nice. She walked up, put a cone in front of my car, and said “you can’t order, bye”

I got food poisoning SO bad here!! I was down for 4 days I have never been so sick in my life. The location for this is also terrible

Horrible customer service, people working inside are not nice, they seem to always mess up my order every time and only this location. Ran by poor management and a waste of time and money, workers do not seem happy to be working their jobs sad honestly, go somewhere else for coffee, shitbucks is overrated ?????

Always pleased with service at this Starbucks location. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind, and the drinks are always made quickly and correctly. There is one worker who stands out to me though, and her name is Aleigha. She is so very friendly and passionate about her job. She is also very knowledgeable about her job and the different menu items. She has certainly took an already pleasant experience at the restaurant and made it even better. I commend her for her hospitality and service. Truly a gem.

staff is friendly so i hate to do this but the wait is nuts. no reason everyday at 745am it take 20 mins to do 7 to 8 cars ina drive through. not sure if its staffing or what but its been like this since i started coming here 3 months ago. again great staff and products but crazy crazy wait times, you guys got to have a better system in place as other busy SB are never this long

This Starbucks is not worth the wait or money. They take forever to get your order out and when they do it’s never full or even tastes good. Not to mention the staff is rude and all over the place. I’ve seen employees arguing and a girl crying in the back almost every-time I have come by.

My complicated drink was perfect. I just left ten minutes ago and not only were the ladies working amazingly friendly and had great customer service, my super complicated drink was perfect. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you sooo much.

Usually everybody is friendly and whatever but today my drink was all cracked when I picked up my stuff for mobile order. I didn’t notice until I was home that they took the cracked cup and put it into another cup…. The amount of cracks in the original cup made it leak into the overlaying cup and then overflow all over my car, me etc.. take the extra second to just dump it into a new cup? An $8 coffee shouldn’t be like this.
