Oh dear. We really wanted to like this place. I told the only visible worker that I had my "free entree for getting the app", that this was our first time in ANY Salsarita's, and that he should be sure to tell me if I was adding anything in that was an extra cost. We discussed how guac is extra, and how they cook the shrimp, while he was building my bowl. We found out that you do NOT get free chips/salsa with your meal (we are used to this perk from Moe's SW Grill, which is now our FAVORITE of all these places), and it turns out, you do NOT get the same toppings included as at Moe's. I got to the end, and another worker came out - turned out to be the co-owner with this man - and said grilled veg is extra, and I got two portions (she showed me a portion - less than 1T) so she billed me $2.99 while "add veg" is $1. I said, but I TOLD him to let me know. She said she knew that, but "the charge is on the menu". THEN she says only pork, chicken and ground beef are allowed on the "welcome" freebie - good thing I had pork. THEN the salsa had no flavor and except for the citrus vinaigrette (fabulous!), the bowl had no flavor beyond the pork. Just no taste. So, beyond the very poor treatment of a first-time customer, the food does not make me want to return, ever.

ordered on DoorDashFood was picked up and delivered quickly after ordering however all 3 tacos were cold, did not receive my agua fresca (could be a DoorDash issue), chips were stale and unsalted, guacamole was bland and gross. Will not recommend or return.
Manager and staff are extremely rude and aggressive on multiple occasions and food is always messed up. I will not be back and urge others to stay away
It's quick serve Mexican. It's not fast food because it's much better than that implies. We order the family pack of tacos and it is great for everyone to be able to make a taco they will eat. Plus the chips are delicious along with the salsas.
Worst salsaritas location ever, if they do get your order right it takes 30 plus minutes and they close whenever they like with no warming on the doors or on the website
Eh. Not what I ordered. Meat was extremely dry no toppings on anything?! I won't order from here again. It's better even when I make it at home. Try again never.
Usually pretty good, on this visit the owner was working and clearly not in a good mood that people were still coming in at at 6:45 when they close at 7. Grill for tortilla shells was off, and she made it clear take out was the only option. The food was good if you like under-warmed tortilla burritos and quesadillas. I get it that she has had a hard time getting help like the rest of us, but you'd think an owner would want to set an example for customer service so her employees don't shew customers out the door or act annoyed when your revenue stream walks in the door. Hopefully she can get more help and get a much needed break soon.
Ordered curbside pickup. After waiting 10 mins I was told they were too busy to bring my order out (mind you it was 11:15 in the a.m. certainly not lunch rush). Got it myself, no big deal. Got home and order was not prepared as ordered. Ordered queso with the chips and got HOT salsa. Ordered and paid for xtra veggies, there were barely any veggies in the burrito. Food was ice cold. I called to discuss my disappointment (wouldn’t you?) and was met with immediate defensiveness. The owners response was “what do you want me to do about it???” So, I get that “stuff” happens and sometimes orders are messed up. A simple “hey so sorry let me fix it” would have been great. Terrible customer service in this instance. Won’t be back.
Super impressed!! Friendly staff and efficient service!We got the Family Fiesta Deluxe Box and it was filled to the brim with goodies! The queso was still warm and the quac looked freshly smashed! Everyone was satisfied with building their own tacos and we will happily be back!
