Best damn “fancy” hamburger restaurant in the Michigan state area. Burgers are always amazing and the glasses are filled as quick as you can chug them down. The staff is always really friendly and professional and seem to enjoy the job. Restaurant is clean and exciting(if you have a child sensitive to sounds it might be a good idea to bring the earmuffs just because it can be overwhelming). Parking is never a problem.

Loud and Crowded. Good customer service. Service Staff we're honestly doing their best and we're very sincere. Food was okay. Could've been better. Biggest turn off was many customers were letting their children run about the restaurant, roll and wrestle with other children all over the floor in high traffic areas with little or no supervision. Side dish of broccoli was ice cold and old looking,. Maybe Red Robin's (at this location) should consider building a play place similar to Mickey D's so the children can play freely in a safe space.

Our waitress was great, food was terrible ? cooks made several others food wrong. My husband's burger was cold egg was not over easy both times. Bun was hard. My beef brisket chips were awful. They barley out anything on the chips, the chips were all soggy and looked nothing like the picture. They were out of sour cream. I felt so bad for the waitress, we tipped her well.

Food was ok but cool. Service was good … not his fault. Got special brisket burger. You would think this would be hot. Onion ring tower was good.

Bright, clean and welcoming restaurant. Our server was extraordinary! She was very personable and seemed to anticipate our needs before we had them. The food was really very good as well. Red Robin usually is, and this was no exception. The service was the gold medal winner today. It's difficult to balance being available without being intrusive, but she did it well. Bravo Team Red Robin.

We had the worst experience here today. First of all, we were set in an area right by the waitstaff which would not have been an issue but they were cursing, extremely loud, and the one waitstaff laughed when we mentioned she and her friends were way too loud. Secondly, we waited so long for our food… 30 minutes… and we were told it was all on the server together and had to be sorted out from others orders. When it arrived, my husband received the wrong burger and my chili was ice cold. We tried to order a drink and it took 15 minutes to receive… we tried to order another one for our guest but it never came. We finally had waitress to ask the manager to take it off Our bill so we could leave and pay the bill. It was a horrible experience. Will NOT be back. Food was so overpriced also …, very sad it has went downhill like this

Loved the drink I got forget what it was called but it was super tasty. I would have got another but was never offered a seconded one. My children enjoyed their food. I was not impressed with the chili or the soup. My waitress did take it off for me without me asking. I wasn't going to say anything about not liking them.

I hate to complain here, primarily because our server was great. He was doing very well with what he had to work with. Also, I understand that these days most businesses are understaffed so that is worth taking into consideration as well. However, our food was cold. All of it. The appetizers came out, and we tried eating them, but they were just too cold to be enjoyable so we had to send them back to be reheated. The cheese in the mozzarella sticks was hard and solid. Then, when the meal came, it was cold as well. We don't think it was our server's fault. It didn't take very long for our food to arrive so he did his job in a very timely fashion. I think it has more to do with the kitchen. I think they're not cooking the food is long as it needs to be cooked. And it wasn't just us. The table next to us had an issue, too. The only reason I'm leaving this comment is that hopefully, it will be read by management. Your staff is working hard and very respectful, and we appreciate that. But you might need to look again at the kitchen process, to ensure that meals are coming out hot. I was so excited to eat here today because I was starving, but I could only eat about one-third of my meal, and now I have a stomach ache because it just didn't sit well with me. With hot food, this would have been a much better experience.

We have been here many times over the years and always pleased but I must say yesterday was the worst experience ever and I will not go back! We had to wait 10 minutes to be seated which was fine but the waiting are was filthy! Looked like the floor hadn’t been mopped in weeks and it looked like a dirty mop was used to clean the seats. Upon being taken to our seat, we were seated by an outer employee door despite many other tables available. It was so cold I asked to move, the waitress said of course and that the heat in the back was broken. When my food arrived my onion rings were ice cold. The burger was burnt and stiff, Luke warm at best and the bun & toppings were also ice cold. I did complain and my onion rings were replaced with nice hot ones. We also noticed multiple tables sitting with dirty dishes for 20-30 minutes, there was only one bus boy doing his best to keep up. When we left the hostess & what appeared to be a manager type we’re just sitting on their butts playing on their phones.. so lazy. The restaurant as a whole was messy & unkept. Food not good will never ever go back. The only good thing is our server was prompt & attentive.

Red Robin is always a good pick for lunch. The service was great. Thanks for the yummy burger
