Honestly it all came down to just bad customer service. You crave a place you drive as I did 30 min to get there at lunch time park down the road and walk to the establishment, pick what you want to order stand and wait your then then get told sorry our machines are down we are unable to charge your card or take cash? Seriously this is a first for me.
Professional, friendly, helpful, patient, and just amazing service. These folks know how to customer service right. And food right. And just…. People right. Go here for a great food and service experience!!!
My fiancé and I have been to many Potbelly locations because it’s one of our favorites, but we had the best experience at this location because of Tristan. He was very friendly and nice.
Had the pleasure of working with a man named Tony. Was absolutely excellent dealing with me when my door dash order was 45 minutes late for a huge sales meeting at my work. It was not their fault it was Door Dash. Don't do their 3rd party delivery. Just go pick it up from these awesome hardworking folks.
This location always makes me pretty good sandwiches. I like their app and specials.One of their workers needs to be trained in professionalism though! She was talking on the phone having a person conversation via Bluetooth while taking customer orders and making sandwiches.... weird!
Fantastic first time super friendly staff I didn't catch their names it was 2 guys and a girl all were very nice friendly and helpful. Food is great as well!!!
The first time I have ever eaten at this restaurant, I found it to be a clean establishment, with happy and friendly workers, and quick service. I am not one for toasted subs, as I prefer soft bread. I had a mini Roast beef and Swiss with mayo & pickles on a whole wheat sub, which didn't have much flavor sad to say. My oldest enjoyed a toasted footlong 'wreck' sub which he really liked. I am only giving 4 Stars because of my aforementioned preference. Otherwise, I think the majority of people will really enjoy the food, and restaurant, and staff! ? Oh, and the Potbelly stove in a corner is so cool. We had one in our home way back in the day. Fond memories ♥️

Ridiculous.Online it said you took the one gift card but then ended up charging our credit card the full price. Ridiculous.Got to the restaurant for you to fix this madness and you "couldn't refund a credit card." The only place in the world who can't refund a credit card.Meatball sub was skimpy on sauce and cheese.Other subs were all dry, needing way more condiments than were provided.Idk why Brighton restaurant employees are so difficult. Between you and Chipotle, disappointment is in full force. Never again.
I ordered off activemenus, and the food was done 10min before time given. The flavors are amazing. I get the Italian with everything except mayo and mustard xtra pickles. I have not gone back to Subway since my first one! Love it! And bread doesn’t get soggy!
Half of the sandwiches that we ordered as a group didn’t have the items that were listed on the menu and / or requested. My sandwich for example, was an Avocado turkey and barely had any avocado, no cheese (listed on the menu ) and one tiny piece of tomato (requested )
