Charged $3 difference in my friend's order and mine. Then couldn't explain even though we ordered the same thing, at the same time.
Did not realize they were closing early for Christmas Eve but the staff was very graceful and let us eat. Everyone was courteous and the food was great.

The french onion soup is deeply disappointing. Onion broth with a few croutons and a little grated cheese floating around.... this soup is known for the melted, lightly browned top crust of cheese that you have to fight through to get to the bread and broth below. Anywhere is better than Paneras french onion soup... ?
I ordered in Cafe pick up. My lunch was ready, prepared correctly and very good. I was greeted by staff as soon as I walked in.
Absolutely wonderful staff, good food selection and they are always willing to support local events/schools/etc.
