Update, came back today may 9th and wouldnt you believe they are "sold out" on chicken again, go figureyou guys cant keep a single thing in stock. Like nooffense but the manager should be fired as for the past 4 to 5 months everyday you are out of something. I am either waiting "5 to 7 minutes" for chicken or like today where you say you are "sold out for the day"... Let me be clear no one has been rude to me but really you might as well have been as this is everyday for you guys. Coming from the Jackson location that i went to everyday this is a big step down in service as there is no reason to be sold out everyday or even once a week.
So disappointed ... I originally loved Panda Express actually would have cravings for it but this franchise has ruined it for me. The fried rice was not done it was hard the teriyaki chicken was spoiled I ordered beef and broccoli and I got two tiny pieces of beef along with these huge chunks of broccoli that were still hard. The crab rangoons that I received were cold and soft. Horrible experience probably never will go back to Panda Express. I have been a huge fan of Panda Express for years but not anymore so sad.
Food was very good. Couldn't hear the servers especially with their masks on. Had to shout!! Music too loud too!! Clean and very helpful!
We loved the food, but ordering website, didn't have all the food that was available. Website didn't have fried Rice, but when I went in to pick up order, they had it. I inquired and they gave me a pint free. So that was a good save, it was my 1st time website order.
2 out of the 3 times i went they didn’t have fried rice, so i had to get white rice which is a big waste of money when i can make it at home. this place used to be good but once covid hit it seems to have went downhill. i will be going to hartland panda express for now on.
Walked into the Brighton MI location and was completely ignored by the 4 staff members behind the counter. One of the members was waiting on the drive through which had one customer and the only other customers which was dining in was already eating. We were the only ones in line. The guy working on the drive through order told one other staff members to wait on us. The phone rang and the girl sweeping the floor behind the counter told Grant who was coming to wait on us to answer the phone. Again continied to be ignored, we walked out. Obviously, they do not need our business!
The food was what you should expect from a chain restaurant. But the employees were very helpful and nice
Love me some Panda Express, but this location doesn't seem to be managed very well. The last several visits, menu options are limited. I mean, Panda's menu isn't very expansive at any time, LOL. So when even your limited menu is missing a third or half of the items, that's a real problem. It's been a 10 to 15 minute wait for food. The staff are friendly, but the customer experience just isn't there. I come into a restaurant to eat. If you don't have food available or prepared in short order, you can't overcome that with customer service. Not on every visit. I think we're done with this Panda Express location for a while.
Went here for the first time last weekend. Walked in with my husband and noticed the trash cans were overflow onto the floor. Desided to overlook it. Brought our order home. I myself just ordered a bowl of rice. It was horrible!!! It had big clumps of hard dry rice that you couldnt even chew through. It was like they scrapped the bottom of the pan that had been sitting there all day and had dried up. I told my husband he could have it, he tried it and threw it out.It was disgusting and we were very disappointed because we had heard so many good things about this place. We will not be going back.
Ugh. Seven people working. Nobody else in the lobby but me. Waited ten minutes for nobody to serve me. All about the drive-thru tonight. Again. Would have had to wait another 15 for teriyaki chicken anyways (overheard convo with a drive-thru customer). Glad MOD was open. For once.
