This McDonald's is kiosk or app order only and not all of the available items are shown on the kiosk. For example we wanted chocolate milk with our happy meal, and they did have chocolate milk in stock, but the choice was not given on the kiosk. When I tried to talk to a crew member about this, she stated that I had to order through the kiosk, they do not take any in person orders.
Ordered a blue fanta freeze, wouldnt dare eat the food these days it is garbage, the manager made eye contact with me several times but after 7 minutes of standing there i was never even acknowledged. She was too busy just making fries and standing there while they cooked. Finally my drink was put on the counter and immediately the employees back was turned. Not even eye contact. Like "get your drink and leave" is how it felt. Poor customer service and rude employees. You guys dont even deserve the pay you get. You have one job and you do it extremely forgettable.
Exellent quarter pounder with cheese. Not greasy just pure good beef . Keep up the great work employees!
Had bout 5 card pulled up waiting on food. Finally get mine and leave without looking in bag, rookie mistake. Missing food. Sweet!
This place was dirty, trash on the floor, some of it stuck to the bottom of my friends shoe. The tables were not clean, I will never visit this Mac Donald's again. The employees could have cleaned up, they were interested in conversation amoungst one another. This was my experience. Oh and the trash binds were over flowing with trash, it looked as if nobody cared to empty it. There was a perfectly.empty trash rrecepical outside the restaurant. This is just pure management gone wrong.
Busted! Feeding my fry craving. FREE katsup! Was amazed since some McDonald's charge for it & they don't automatically give it anymore....what are fries without katsup?? Potatoes! ?
Sat in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes and nothing was moving. I had an one item online order and all I wanted to do was pick it up. It was taking way too long so I left the line. I called there and some little girl answered the phone, she said we only have four people working so it's going to take a while to get to everyone. I suggested that they shut down the business for the day because they didn't have enough staff and it wasn't fair for the customers to wait that long.
You wait 20 - 30 mins to get the wrong items in your order. This Donald's is a hot mess. Nasty young kids when you ask what taks so long. Poor management. This had been going on since Fall 2021.

We were in a pinch Christmas day (2021). Drove all over Brighton looking for sustenance. This and one other McDonalds were the only places I found open for service. Thank you. The staff members I encountered were extremely pleasant, friendly and energetic. When I got home with the food, I was pleasantly surprised to find two free pies. Again; THANK YOU. Your staff should be commended for their customer service and rewarded for working the holiday.
