I had to contact corporate regarding this store because both tuna subs I ordered last week had several black hairs embedded in the sandwiches. We didn’t even notice until we were several bites in. Which is obviously disgusting. Nobody has reached out to apologize or offer a refund, so I’m guessing it’s not going to happen. Super disappointing to waste money and be grossed out.
If I could give this no stars, I would. Absolutely worst manager I have ever seen in my life. Customer service is definitely not her strong suit. Our group came in after a basketball game and were SCREAMED at multiple times to social distance and then to get out of a delivery drivers way. She literally made people wait outside in 10 degree weather because too many people were in line, only there were no people there when we got there. If I had not already paid for my food before she started screaming we would have all walked out!
Some of our son’s basketball team came to this jimmy johns today and as soon as we walked in the manager yelled at us all and said “ if you aren’t friends with the people that are standing next to you then you need to social distance please.” There were only 11 people in our group. Then another family of five came in from another basketball team and the manager yelled “there’s too many people in my store so you’ll have to wait outside”. Keep in mind it was single-digit temperatures today and the kids were sweating from a basketball game. If you’re truly concerned about people getting sick and dying from the fake “Fauci virus” then why would you send sweaty kids outside to stand in single-digit temperatures waiting for a sandwich? We’ve never been treated so rudely in any store before. Needless to say we would NEVER EVER go to this Jimmy Johns ever again. GOOD LUCK, you’ll need it. Maybe the owner should be a little more selective in who they hire.
We walked in and immediately one of the workers yelled and snarled at us to social distance! Then more people walked in and she said they needed to wait outside. It was freezing outside, literally, and this psycho wanted people social distancing and standing outside for some subpar sandwiches. Your staff is rude and still playing the pandemic game. This place is a joke. I’ll never eat here again. What a $h!tty experience and the sandwiches sucked!! Oh and the pandemic is over! Time to move on!
Vegan sandwich was very good.Did the no-bread low carb.Very well crafted in lettuce wrap and wax paper.Beautiful fresh crunchy vegetables.Nice light dressing.No waiting for delivery.Delivery person very polite and patient while looking for tip because delivery so quick!

Literally my favorite JJ!! Today I placed my order for lunch and within I kid you not 12 minutes I was already eating my sub. Fastest Delivery I have ever had. Keep up the awesome job!!!
