Got the Cookie Monster waffle cone and it was really, really good!Each employee was also super respectful and all did a great job.

I didn't think I'd like frozen custard as my experiences elsewhere from my past weren't great....and then I tried Jack's frozen chocolate custard and it was AMAZING!!! Soooo creamy and silky, not icy or goopy....yum yum I'll be back.

One our new favorite spots. Jacks is in the downtown Brighton area. Surrounded by other small businesses like a candy store, book store and several restaurants. Close to public parking if you don’t want to parallel park on the main drag. When we arrived they had a bubble machine going, and it’s close to a little ally of artwork as well as the imagination station(park) and mill pond. The staff was young, friendly and patient with my small children who didn’t know exactly what they wanted when we walked in. Small and familiar. Really has a family feel. From now on I’m positive my kids will ask for ice cream any time we go to the park, or even drive downtown. The ice cream was delicious, and happy kids makes for happy mom.
Its always a stop for us when we go to the mill pond nothing better than a cold smooth custard Sunday ....

This is a local small business that specializes in custom flavors of frozen custard. Along with scooped custard and flavors of the day, they offer frozen custard cakes, cookie sandwich ice creams, and even a Pumpkin pie avalanche. It's a great little place, and the kids that work there are friendly and respectful. The girl making my avalanche asked me if I would like whipped cream on the top. Many times people will not ask.
Not only are the frozen treats fantastic, but the staff is always friendly. While the waffle cones and shakes are tasty, do not underestimate the cookie sandwiches!
