The food is always great! I love coming here.Their staff has always been friendly and personable with out being intrusive. Really make it an enjoyable trip.The one thing I wish for is that the website was more reliable for hours. But, I think this has only been an issue of the covid times.

Love the food here, we get a lot of carryout here and have only had a couple things missing from orders, managers are always awesome and take quick action to fix it or compensate us.

The best service and food we've had in years, so refreshing! It was very busy but the staff didn't miss a beat. From the host who greeted us, our waitress Elizabeth and the other three people who refilled our beverages and brought our food. We watched the communication and team work between them all helping each other take care of the customers and the food was delicious. Wow, great job!! Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Food was good, waitress was very polite. Received my food as the rest of my family was finishing theirs, and we received our 1 appetizer 10 minutes after the meals were delivered. The waitress took the time to apologize and admitted it was her mistake for my food not being rang into the register, which is a big deal to me. Her honesty and integrity were very much appreciated.

Sad to say. Food was good, and I would have given it 4 stars, but it was so cold in the restaurant that the waitstaff was hiding back by the grill most of the time. Most of the customers had their coats on. so they lost 2 stars in my book.

Food was ok, service was good...BUT it was so cold had to wear jackets took food home to eat later. Also on a Friday night only 3 tables occupied. What's with that? We won't be back.

I understand we are in unprecedented times, COVID-19 has led to many complications and staffing shortages, yes today was a holiday, but the experience I just had was nothing but absolute lunacy and incompetence.We placed a pick up order at 10:43, it was said it would be ready by 11:03. Well, 4-5 phone calls and over an hour later we were sitting in the parking lot still without an order.Finally we went in because it was outrageous, it was 11:55 and still nothing. Despite speaking to a manager there was no apology, no compensation. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. Finally someone goes to look for the order and they magically find it. So we're leaving after an hours wait with cold food, no apology or compensation, and also an incomplete order because they said they didn't have coffee so we were charged for items we didn't receive.I've worked in customer service since I was 14 so I'm typically very understanding but this was absolutely horrid.

Stopped on the way home, never been before, but my son loves your establishment. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. Our server Dalency was very sweet, came over several times to make sure everything was okay. The food excellent! 10 out of 10 stars for us! Give that young lady a raise!
