When we tried their food before we booked them, they gave us a bottle of each of the five sauces to take home to try. They sent us home from our event with all the leftovers and even more bottles of sauce. Our guests raved about the ribs and the Mac n Cheese. They were responsive and attentive. They scoped out the venue ahead of time to make sure where to park. Highly recommend.

Excellent food and service. We had about 100 people at the rehearsal dinner. Many of our guests came up to me and stated that it was some of the best barbecue they ever had. That’s quite the compliment from relatives from Kansas City. The whole experience was effortless.

I ordered a taco spread for family this weekend. With the suggestions from Michelle at Hickory BBQ she hit thenail on the head! What a hit it was! All the fixings with options of chicken and hamburger went over HUGE~~~ The group was completely satisfied and raved about how good it was. Even had enough for leftovers for tomorrow! Will do this again for sure!

OMG crowd favorite! I order A la Carte for my wedding, and everyone was raving about the food all night long and went back for seconds and thirds!
