I understand that it was busy, however, we had to wait for over a half hour before she took our order. We almost just walked out.My friends meal was good!Mine... I had the taco salad and it wasn't even half full (the bowl) and it was so watery it looked like soupy slop! I couldn't even eat half it wasn't good. I ate the bowl and my friend shared hers with me.We got cheese and beef dip as an appetizers and it was very good, but way too expensive!We probably will not return.
??PSA??I will NEVER go back to El Toro in Brighton. Horrible service and horrible food. Took forever to get food and drinks. Nothing came out at the same time. Never checked on or asked if anyone wanted refills. Some food came out cold and the most expensive meal, the molcajente was burned black. Just horrible
I've only been here once or twice. The food was decent but the service not so much. They were really slow. We almost left because it took them so long to even come over and ask us what we wanted to drink
We arrived at 6:00, were seated immediately and offered a drink. Everything came out quickly. Getting a refill took a minute. Food was good, as usual. 2 meals and 2 drinks, $40.00

This place has some seriously delicious queso! I've gotten take out a few times and loved it. I dined in recently, I like the atmosphere and the food, and I like that they serve beer by the pitcher if you have a larger group.The service could be better. Our waiter did not come check on us to see if we wanted refills for drinks, more chips and salsa, any extra condiments with the meal. The Small things make a big difference. Many of the tacos are double-wrapped in corn tortillas, I find this to be a bit too much and it takes away from the flavor of the taco interior for me. I would go back for sure though.

Great Mexican food. The Carnitas and Carne Asada were awesome. My family and I have visited El Toro in Brighton many times and have never been disappointed.

Such great waitstaff, so nice and helpful with all our questions, very attentive to our needs. Great food, tacos, burritos, chips and salsa, taquitos out of this work great!
