Very disorganized, rude staff. I went inside, patiently waited over 5 minutes for the person in front of me to recieve their doughnuts before they would even take my order. Politely ordered a sandwhich and hashbrowns. Then, waited 20 minutes for a simple sandwich and hashbrowns when it wasn't busy, as people were coming through the drive through, they ignored my order, and "forgot" about it until I asked where it was. They did it intentionally because of the way I look. Unacceptable.
I was visiting on business trip and at 11 am Saturday morning only had 3 donut choices.Made a choice.Told cashier I wanted chocolate raised donut. I received a glazed chocolate cake donut.Happens in all state.
I just found out this morning that you can save almost $2 on every breakfast at Dunkin Donuts if you.......just go to Tim Hortons or McDonald's instead.
How hard is it to make a coffee? I am literally there 5-6 days a week. You seem to mess up my coffee about 4-5 of those times even when I tell you exactly what I want.
Came here with pregnancy craving for a croissant breakfast sandwich. BURNT to no end. The entire thing tasted burnt too.
I normally am not one to complain but they gave me a cup with a huge hole in it that got all over my car and myself, no receipt, and then when i came back to get a new coffee the staff was extremely rude, just stared at me and did not hurry at all as coffee is pouring out all over the place and would not even take back the coffee and gave me like 3 napkins to clean it up which did nothing. 10/10 suggest driving 2 more minutes down the road and going to starbucks instead
I love their hash browns. A little expensive for fast food but very good. When I went to the drive thru at 7 am it was very busy but the line moved quickly and service was very good. The kid at the drive thru was very nice.
Great donuts. We got a black coffee and plain latte though neither of which were any good. I couldn't even finish the coffee due to its lack of flavor
I got a sundae it was hot & I needed a sundae
I love Dunkin but I wish this location would open their lobby inside just for pickup orders. I usually put a pick up order In before work, and I have to wait in the drive thru line to get it instead of just walking in.
