Quality has fallen off a cliff recently. The last two pizzas I ordered from here were truly awful. Sloppy and undercooked. It's unfortunate because they used to be good. From now on I'll be sticking with Marco's.

Dominoes here has been hit or miss, whether it is pickup or delivery. I've had things completely missed on my delivery order and they have to run it out and I've had 2 separate deliveries. Pickup is usually pretty good, and the people working are typically friendly.

Got hooked on the Nashville Hot Chicken Pizza. Very good. Store always is clean. Crew is always polite and helpful.

Make sure you have a oven preheated so you can finish cooking pizza.

Always good pizza and the people there are always friendly.

I can't get anyone to answer the phone at this location. Walked in to place an order and they told me it would take 2 hours when the employees were just standing around . went to cottage inn for my pizza and it took 15 minutes. Sorry Dominos, you lost my business. Cottage inn has a much tastier pizza.

I have called 3 times. Getting them to answer their phone is hit or miss. Finally gave up and ordered from Cottage Inn

Horrible customer service. The Manager L likes giving out fake names. After there rude employee hung up on me. The manager wouldn't even tell me her real name. Go elsewhere if you want you delivery on time.

I’ve been going to this Dominos store in Brighton since they opened a few years ago. I’ve never had any issues, until recently.Lately, no one there wants to answer the phone, no matter what time you call. I get it…everyone is short staffed and over-worked because of the pandemic. I’m sympathetic and can relate. So, I finally get someone on the phone, (yaaaay! but, wait…there’s more!) and on a Saturday night, I expect a wait. What I don’t expect is to come in about 5 mins after the approximate time they gave me for my order to be completed, and have to stand at the counter for over 25 minutes, and NOT be greeted, NOT be asked to be helped, and to NOT be acknowledged in any way! There were five people working (that I could actually see), plus one delivery guy that came in after I’d been waiting for about 10-15 mins. Not a single word was said to me, but every person in that store had looked at me several times. I understand that we’re in a pandemic and I don’t mind waiting at whatever place I order from, but this sort of pathetic lack of ANY customer service is BEYOND anything that I’ve ever dealt with before…and, they just lost my business. FYI…I would have given a ‘no star’ rating, but it wasn’t an option.

Excuse the empty box, Brandon made my order perfect. Pizza was great and my wings tasted great.. The wings were ?
