Our company placed our order on 7/7/22 to have a delivery for 7/8/22 at 11:30 AM for our workers lunch. We Called at 11:35AM just to ensure the driver did not get lost.Somehow they set our timed order for 11:30 PM. This is after the store closes. Not sure how this mistake did not raise any red flags. We had to explain to our workers the mistake and how their lunch was delayed 30 minutes. Our workers were anything but thrilled or understanding.Literally nothing was done to correct the mistake. No discount or not even a few pizza sauces or ranch packets lol, I worked for a pizza company when I was young so I understand how the practices works for these mistakes.Kind of regret leaving the $15 tip we placed in advance on the company credit card.
My pizza arrived ahead of schedule slightly by a smiling and positive delivery driver. My food was hot, delicious, and prepared just the way I ordered it. Great experience. If this pizza chain existed in Florida I would definitely order again.
I always hate leaving bad reviews especially for a locally owned business, but woah this was the worst pizza delivery experience I've ever had. Waited about an hour and ten minutes for my delivery and when it got here it was cold. I get it if you're busy, but if it took long because you're busy it should have at least been hot. It seems like this is a common issue at this specific restaurant based on the other reviews, I'm not going to email you guys to say what I'm trying to warn everyone else about.
I've driven past this place for years but I finally tried it and was honestly surprised by just how good the pizza and salad both were. Definitely gonna get food here again!

We ordered on Mothers Day from the app, received our confirmation email that our order would be delivered, it never came and tried to call but no answer. I called the manager today, wow what a rude individual. We use to love Cottage Inn ?
Horrible service. They forget iur 2 liter every time we order. Quality of pizza us going down the drain fast as well
We had the BEST ever Deluxe with bacon pizza from there last night!! Absolutely loaded with toppings, crust was the perfect thickness and piping hot on delivery. This pizza never disappoints!Try the Roma pesto too, it is so good you forget there’s no meat!
Great pizza, friendly service and very efficient my food was ready before they said it would be.
What a terrible experience. I order a calzone and bread sticks in it took over an hour. I waited and waited at the store and they just said they were busy. Not to mention the staff was rude. I wish I could say this was the only bad experience from this place. There are better places to get pizza in Brighton.
