They don’t clean, the food is poorly cooked, and they are only taking online orders, even though there’s always plenty of staff. This is a very poorly ran store and Chipotle corporate should be embarrassed.

6 people working. Nobody doing a thing. Food was empty. Filthy tables. Asked for a bowl with white rice- put the crumbs left in the empty container in my bowl- said no thank you I’ll go to Qdoba. Walked in- 3 people working / nice and clean. Ordered , got out in 5 min and was worth the money. Take notes people. Customer service and atmosphere speak volumes.

Stood in line waiting for products that are not available. Admittedly, there was a sign posted on the front door. However, it was relatively insignificant in size. Consequently and unfortunately, I did not notice the sign. I waited patiently, along with four or five other customers. There were two employees working this evening at 6:15 PM. I guess that should’ve told me something anyway. The pictures that I have attached is a sign showing the items that they are out of currently. It’s very difficult to believe that supply chain shortages have affected all of the key ingredients noted on the sign. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning here.

All tables dirty. Out of quac, veggies, lettuce, salsa, chips. Wasn’t told until she handed me my order (late). Can’t give a refund for app order.Multiple customers frustrated orders are missing ingredients. No attempt to update app inventory or notify customers standing in line.Employees polite enough but “not able to help”

Arrived at 7pm after placing an online order to be told by the employees that the store closed at 6pm, when I placed my order. As of right now (8pm) I can still place an online order. Last time I ordered here online orders were behind 30minutes, and the time before that we waited for 45minutes before deciding to go elsewhere. Most of these issues are due to their app/website, but when a majority of business is done from the website they need to be able to notify you BEFORE allowing you to place your order. For me, it's not worth the gamble at this location anymore.

Ordered food set to be out by 6:20. Finally received my food at 6:40 ish. I wasn't mad because the place was packed, so I left happily just to learn that the guacamole I had ordered to be on my bowl, was NOT on the food. On top of that, they didn't even add a fork or at least napkins into the bag. Soo... they have good food, but if you're expecting good accuracy, go elsewhere.

Awesome employees, very clean and great food. Terrible management. The majority of the time I try to go there for lunch they are closed.. I understand that finding employees during covid times is difficult but this is not the problem, I’m sitting across the court watching 6-8 employees sitting down and eating with the doors locked lol and they never have peppers and onions on the regular ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️ Tighten up management… you guys are running a business like an overprivileged, lazy pre-teen. You are in a competition with the 5 other restaurants right beside you and you are losing, bad.

Usually good food, but out of steak, chips and guac. No notification or refund. When I picked up the order, the items were just missing. I was told to call a phone # with my concerns. Customer service can't feed people who are left out. Terrible experience. Avoid.

Very rushed to pick my food. Haven't ever been so that was annoying. The rice is hard, they couldn't hardly hear what I was saying so they put it together backwards which isn't a problem being able to hear is. Didn't get a receipt or a price for that matter, just told where to pay. Got home an hour later and the guac is brown, I don't know if they don't use lemon or what but.. Mediocre at best, wouldn't eat again.
