Chicken Wings American Sports Bar

A subpar sports bar. Great if you like overpriced fast food served in a bland environment.I went in to watch the FA Cup final and the girl at the front didn't know what it was. When I asked if they could put it on one of the TVs her face glazed over and she pointed at people playing lacrosse and asked if that was it.Obviously it wasn't and ultimately she refused to even inquire about putting it on. I don't understand how somebody so unhelpful has a job greeting people at a restaurant.I won't be back.

Went out to eat after dropping a few bucks on new work boots. Short wait, but it was a Saturday at dinner rush. Nevertheless, the server took excellent care of my kids and I, bringing our drinks and food quickly, and checking in frequently. She was busy busy, but made it feel like we were a priority. Good food as always, and great atmosphere.

It's clear the food is precooked and held in warming ovens. There is no way wings can come out fresh and hot in 45 seconds from ordering. I would gladly wait 20 mns for fresh hot food, not warmer drawer food. I want to like this location because Jen the bartender is awesome, but time and time again the food is luke warm to cold and not worth the $13 to $15 I spend.

Went in to watch the UFC and asked our waiter if he could put it on due to it being a sports bar. Was told that the manager said he doesn’t like showing the fights because people like to camp out and watch them. This place was not even busy and I told the waiter I have no intentions of camping out to watch the fights. I just came here to eat and see them. He then came back and said they don’t have ESPN plus so they wouldn’t be able to show them. I said ok whatever that’s fine. Then one of the TVs was showing the fights and I pointed it out and he replied oh he must have fixed it…I have no idea who is running this Bdubs but this was the WORST one I’ve ever been to.In Brighton of all places. Then I received my appetizer with the coldest chicken ontop of it.The only good part about it was the wings that was it. The waiter took like 10 minutes to even bring napkins and we watched the guy sit there on his phone and talk and joke with other staff. Literally did not understand how this place could be so bad.The fastest thing that was brought to me was the bill and my to go box.Whoever was running this place on 4/16 in the later afternoon needs help. I don’t even leave reviews but this felt necessary.

I should know better to not order from this location. Been here dine in or take out 3-4 times and it has always been the worse quality food of any buffalo wild wings we have been to.This time we spent $70+ and we got way over cooked, hard wings that were difficult to chew. What makes it even worse is they had almost no wing sauce on them so you couldn't just cover them in sauce and try to pretend that they were cooked properly. This buffalo wild wings location is almost as big of a joke as the dunkin donuts at grand River and old us-23

I called to order food and was told they were not taking orders even though the kitchen was open because they were tired from being busy today. I said ok but my fiancé called immediately and was told the same thing. He asked for a manager and was told they could make us food and that the cashier never said they wouldn’t take our order….but how would that be the case if we had to ask for a manager to attempt making an order? Funny that a restaurant is turning down business an hour before they close because they’re tired from doing their jobs. Glad there are locations near by with better service and management!

Ordered takeout and got Asian zing wings with barely any sauce drizzled over them, basically plain dry wings, buffalo Wild wings in brighton needs to step their game up and actually drench there wings in sauce I didn't ask for sauce on the side.

They are overcrowded and understaffed. Once we were seated it was about 10 minutes before our waiter came to our table. We placed our drink order and also asked for chips and queso. The chips were disgusting like fried in old oil and the queso was cold with a film on top. Some of the wings were hot and some were cold. Our waiter only came back to give us our bill so we only got the one drink. We won't be back to this location for a while.

We had a party of 8 and were seated promptly. Service was very good and so was the food. All orders were correct and drinks were refilled promptly. Everything you would hope for.

Was going to this BWs regularly and saving my blazing rewards to take my son out around Christmas. For some unexplained reason all of my points (over 2300) were removed from the app. Hadn’t been that long since my last visit. Sent two emails to customer service over 3 weeks ago and still no response. Will never eat at a BWs again if they don’t make things right.
