It was a little busy. We waited about 20 minutes for our order to be taken witch was fine only 4 waitresses and one hostess. Slimjim was so yummy. The frys were cold and the waitress never came back.
The host was very accomodating when seating us, food was tasty, strawberry milkshake was delicious! Love a slim jim every chance I get! Great experience!
I can't remember the name of our server but she was excellent! Great service and big boy hamburgers consistently good. We also tried the fire sticks/pizza and it was delicious.
This is an old story, but upon arrival to pick up an order,they had no idea that there was an order. Meanwhile one of the waitresses giggling on about forgetting to get an item for one of her customers who had to come all the way up to the counter to get it. This place is going downhill fast and I find it sad. Years ago, big boy used to be my go-to place to eat. It had decent food, you could sit down and be waited on, and the prices were reasonable. I wouldn't recommend this place to any one.
Big Boy had such amazing food and i was so sad that the one near me had closed and i can no longer enjoy it. Words do not begin to describe the euphoria i experience biting into the fluffy works of art created by gods. Big Boy is love and big boy is life. every bite healed my sick family, crops flourished, world peace was achieved. Big Boy is bae.
Service was quick and friendly. Better than normal quality for a Big Boy. Food Presentation was real nice. Clean restrooms
The staff was really nice . The place was clean. The food selection wasn't very big . The food it's self was ok. Not the best at all. I haven't been their in 15 years. It was a holiday so I'm sure like everything else they had minimal staff.
Amazing food and super friendly owners. They had an Easter bunny there and the kids had so much fun. The new owners really upgraded the experience you get there. Everyone was so nice. Great place for the family.
After not going to a Big Boy in many years we stopped at this one after an appointment. We were pleasantly surprised, it was so cozy and clean. The famous Slim Jim did not disappoint, just as I remembered it to be! Hot and fresh coffee to boot. All of this made extra special by our amazing server, Scott! He was friendly and attentive, such a hard worker! We recently stopped a second time and were greeted and served by the same amazing Scott! Thank you for making our dining experience so wonderful!
The wait was long and most of the food just ok, but the pizza was delicious. Kids loved it. Staff was really polite and did a great job. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Will definitely come again.
