Got food at 6pm thinking something might be fresh but the mozzarella sticks tasted like they were refried twice before they were given to us and the curly fries (which I haven't had a lot of bad curly fries, hard to mess that up) were also hard. I got sick just a bit ago and hoping it wasn't that food. Also the Sprite syrup is out guys, it was all soda water. That was everything we bought and somehow everything was... not good. I'll keep going to my local Arbys in Ann Arbor, stay away from this one guys.

Diana walked up to me and my friends and threw a rag on our table and told us to clean the table.Diana said “Clean this table now! and the chairs while your at it!”we declined and informed her that there was no mess and it’s disrespectful to ask a regular customer to do something like that. now me and my friends are banned. i feel disappointed in this with workers actions.
Again. Food ice cold. The $15 kids cld care less why they send thru window. At high prices. Ppl thinking twice Abt paying for garbage food. If you want to keep customer. Give them what they pay for.....no more Arby's here

I ordered a mac n cheese and it was so cold like it just came out of the fridge. Disgusting
I eat at Arby's frequently and this by far was my best drive thru experience. I always order a 1/2 beef and cheddar without a bun and this place nailed it. The y actually gave me beef as all Arby's do, but they put a nice amount of cheddar on the meat, more so than any other Arby's I've ever been too (who normally put about a table spoon on). The lady at the window presented herself excellent. She wasn't just some young kid throwing a bag at me. She was an older and knew how to represent the company she worked for. It didn't appear that the crew was walking around wondering what to do like i see so often. From this experience, the way I see it.. it pays to have some older people mixed in with the younger ones to keep coach a little. Keep up the good work!
This site doesn't offer potato cakes. That was disappointing!
