Great local restaurant with homemade comfort food options. The shrimp basket is excellent and delicious.
Service was great. Food was meh. Cheese on cheese fries taste like can (and cheese wiz). The gyro was bland. The club is all lunch meat.Only thing saving this place was the great service and crunchy fries!
Giving it a 2 because the food was pretty good. However. I was there just my 3 kids and I for breakfast to do something with my kids since I had just passed a certificate class. No refills were offered, the waitress brought my bill, and I asked for a box. 30 minutes later there was no box. By this time my 1 year old was tired of sitting still with nothing to do and started crying. (I also had another child with crutches) we weren't able to bring half of our food home that I paid $30 for. When I paid my bill with a different waitress I mentioned how long I had been waiting for a box and that my child has been screaming and it should have served as a reminder of oh her they just need a box and they can get out of here. Nope she told me " we can't do anything about your screaming child." So what I thought was going to be a good morning out with my kids turned out to be the opposite.
My fiance and I were looking for the closest thing to Detroit style Coney's since we moved here about 11 years ago. We were directed to this place by a local plumber so we had to try it out because he said that he travels all through Michigan and he said this is the closest thing that you're going to find to Detroit style coneys.. and he wasn't wrong. This place deserves the five stars because after my first bite I was sent to heaven. It looks like a local Mom and Pop shop I'm not sure if they are but overall they're atmosphere when you walk in it's pretty fair. If you're looking for good food this is it.
Lovely little family restaurant with old fashion good food and service.I don't think the staff ever knows. They have been good at what they do for so long it 2nd nature to them. Not fancy just good. Get some soup to go. It's amazing.

Friendly service. The sausage gravy was excellent, disappointing that it was served over an ice cold almost still frozen biscuit. Do better, it takes maybe 30 seconds...
Food was fire honestly! Good portions for the price ! Also club sandwich was huge and pancakes smelled so good! I was really surprised! Like I’ll be back here for sure ! Food was fast even tho there was one waiter and like one person in the kitchen that I could see! Idk I had a great experience and this is about to be my new spot cuz I have 3 kids and This is down the road !
