At the Bay City Michigan Wendy's on Euclid Avenue between North Union and Kiesel. Just wanted to let anyone know who was told that the screen was down and she needed 5 to 10 minutes for it to work. She was lying. She was not at the window with the screen she was in the dining area eating with another coworker. She expected us to wait. We didn't and pulled up to see her eating in the dining room with her headset on. Truly horrible service!
Actually the cleanest and friendliest Wendy’s I’ve ever visited. Staff was quick with the service and the bathrooms were clean as well. This is a Wendy’s Jim Cornette would be proud of going to; hopefully someone else knows what I’m talking about. Oh and of course the food was cooked great, you can’t go wrong with a cup of coffee and a Dave’s single.
Easily the worst Wendy's in the country. Not sure who owns this franchise, but they should have it taken away from them. Most of the time they can't service the people in line without a 30 min wait or screwing up your order. Tonight tops it all. I was told they can't take my order in the drive thru because their registers were down, however if I want come inside they would be able to service me. huh?? You don't want my business I guess.
Im giving 5 stars based on the last few visits, cus there have definitely been some questionable meals served to me but I am eating all of the dollar breakfast biscuits, dont try to stop me. Last time this promotion ran I was served some without egg, lots were cold, and every biscuit I ever had was smashed. This time around, every single sandwich Ive had has been absolutely perfect. Ive had many. I will eat them all. Keep up the good work <3
Granddaughters had chicken nuggets, fries plus lemonade, a friend had a burger and I had delicious hot chili. We left full and happy.
Best Wendy's visit ever.The guy at the window with his hood up was so tentative to our order, he made sure everything was right 3 times before sending it out the window. I didn't get his name, but that guy was awesome. Thanks, guy.
Awful place to eat. Every item ordered was cold even beverages lol. True story. Cheese not melted, ice cold chicken nuggets...everything was cold and it was awful. Previous visits very similar. Waste of money. Every visit. Salad portions are tiny for the price, square burger is a foolish attempt to distract from the lack of quality or value of products. I respectfully after few attempts to enjoy Wendy's menu that I will not shop here again.
Was not impressed. Food was just OK. Fries were not hot, barely warm. My burger was barely warm. I was hungry so I just ate it rather than pull back into the drive through lane. First time there, but will never go back again.
Waited 13 minutes to place my order while I watched all the shadows move around the fenced in dumpster area, and heard the employees talking back and forth. I assumed maybe they were understaffed, so I waited. I ordered $32 worth of food, gave them $60 and told them they could keep the change. Meanwhile they couldn't even bother to make sure I had all my food before they said I was all set and sent me on my way. Shame when you recognize the short staffing and underemployment, tip well at a drive-thru establishment, and they still don't care enough to give you your chicken nuggets and sweet and sour sauce. :shrug:
if you guys don’t want to participate in DoorDash, stop opening up your store on the App! Every time I order, it takes my money and then cancels the order, forcing me to wait 7 days for a refund AND I DIDNT GET ANYTHING TO EAT. some people simply are not made of money, just stop turning the IPad on!
