Doesn't answer phone. Message on machine has hours from December of 2020, when I called on September 26, 2021. A big waste of my time when I tried to order take out. I made the mistake of driving there to find an empty cafe with an employee in some other part of the bowling alley who wanted to tell me the Cafe was closed. Avoid!
I bowl on a team at Washington Lanes and part of the weekly league, we get a free pizza and a pitcher of pop or beer.The pizza is absolutely disgusting. Do not waste your money. We ALWAYS have dirty plates and a good portion of the time we have to take back our pitcher because there is something floating in it.I will take pictures the next time I go.
Staff was super nice. We ordered pizza and it was AMAZING!!!
Hey yall, the Latin young man is a great part of your business. He's got the skills, he's got the smiles, he's got it all. Give him a raise and definitely try to keep him around. A very smart man for being 20 years old. With a desire to learn like that, the sky is the limit!
The entire staff is PHENOMENAL!! I was there two nights this past weekend and for every situation that arose, the staff was all about fixing the problem and did so with GREAT attitudes!!! They were EXTREMELY helpful in a particular matter that I am unable to discuss but the staff went above and beyond their normal duties to help us!!! I was very pleased with the service and the food was DELICIOUS!!! THANK YOU, WASHINGTON LANES FOR YOUR GREAT STAFF AND SERVICE!!!
We just wanted to reach out and say thank you to everyone who supported us during the short period of time that we were able to stay in operations. As you all know, we closed our doors permanently in February of 2021 and will not be reentering the business. When you see the open sign on again, it is not RDLK Group LLC (DBA Washington Lanes Cafe & Event Center) operating this business anymore. We have nothing to do with Washington Lanes as of February 2021, so please do not associate us with this business any longer. The owner of this establishment requested that he be granted access to our Google account and after many many attempts to ignore the requests, we finally just approved it. He wants access so that he may try and reestablish our branding and customer service skills, many many wonderful reviews, in attempt to trick our following into believing that we have re-opened our doors for business.

Lets see, on Wednesday 12/23/20 we finally tried this establishment. I had a Empire burger and she had a Mushroom Swiss. let me tell you WOW it was great. They were done to perfection and fry's were good. BUT! We returned to try the Pizza on 12/24/20 We ordered the special 2 pizzas and bread sticks. I love pizza and this one is in the top 3 of our new favorites. We have been trying to eat local, and now we have someplace with lots of options, at a good price. I will say there were a few flubs, like you may have to hold for 20 minutes or so, and they did not know i saw it, but they forgot to put pineapple on my pizza they caught it when it came out and put it on and slid it through the over for a few. Like I said I love the food and will be back. Great job!
