Fantastic steak and loaded mashed potatoes. The steak is juicy, tender, and tastes like it's right off the grill at home.The lemon chicken kabobs are amazing, so much lemon flavor in your mouth without over powering the juicy white meat chicken.Fantastic service from our waitress Jessica. She was very friendy and made the whole experience worth coming to this restaurant. We will be back again soon.
Came in with my mother and daughter, who is only 15 months old. Now most of time when I go out I can feel the servers kind of cringe when they see the baby but no Craighton! He was wonderful! So friendly, sweet and knowledgeable. And he was so kind to my daughter, this experience was the best one I’ve had in a while. Thank you Craighton☺️
Sarah, our bartender was super nice and engaging. The food was great and was served promptly. Our only complaint was waiting till 1200 for alcohol. It’s a good stop and close to the highway if you’re traveling.
I really liked the place, and had a great Chicken Parmesan sandwich on Cibata bread and a great Michigan Micro Brew Red draft beer.However, the young lady who attended to us was quite a piece of work. She quite honestly should be fired, and has no business dealing with the public ever again. It says a lot about management that someone like her was employed in the first place. We'll never be back.I'll give you a couple stars for the good meal. But I can get a good meal most anywhere and not have to put up with people with attitude.
I don’t leave reviews because I work in a restaurant, and I get that people get busy and things happen. However, my boyfriend and I were greeted and sat, and then sat for about a half an hour before a Server asked “has anyone helped you” and then ran to the back before another one came out and helped us. I would understand if they were busy, but they weren’t and multiple other employees walked by and did not bother to check on us. Our appetizer and drinks were amazing, however once our Steak Tips and Nashville Hot Burger came out they were both very bland tasting, not sure how you manage to make a hot sauce covered burger bland, but they did. Our server let us box up full plates without asking if our food was okay.
Super friendly server Deanie took great care of us! The lunch special was big and a real deal, plus the place is spotless! Highly recommend!
We have frequently found ourselves in the Bay City area this past month. The Uno's is located across from Meijers. I am impressed at how clean they manage to keep the entry and floors with all the snow and salt being tracked in this time of year. The staff never fail to greet and and say thanks for coming in and say good bye. Now on to the more important stuff...the food. They have a good sized menu. Not too big, but large enough for even a picky eater to be able to find a favorite. The beef tips are so darn good, every time. My grandson loves their mac & cheese. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the Uno app. It's worth your while if you decide to enjoy this place often. In this area,, Uno's is in my top three choices for a relaxed meal out with a friend or with the whole family.
Had to wait do to lack of tables that where not cleaned yet so we went to the bar. No bar keep and dirty dishes all over. We sat at the bar and finally or bar maid showed up. Took out order and disappeared again without making our drinks. Looking around just the bar area we seen 7 dirty tables and half the bar not cleared. Peoples bills were still on the tables. It stayed like this the whole time we were there. Very bad management and employee training.
As far as chain restaurants go, this one has pretty good food. Lot's of options and their kids menu portions are huge. My daughter loves the chix and sticks. Service was a little slow.
wife had the steak and shrimp and she said it was cooked perfect and tasted great, I had an all meat deep dish and it was delish
