First, I would like to say our Tim Horton’s here in West Branch is amazing, and our service and menu items are always consistently great! Not so much at many of the other locations, especially in Bay City, and Saginaw! We paid $14.08 today for two medium coffees, avocado toast, and a turkey club(we usually get tuna or chic salad, but they were out!) I was asked at least 5 times by 3 different workers how we wanted our coffees ( and the coffees were STILL wrong). Another worker tried to charge me a second time for a coffee, the toast was so salty we couldn’t eat it, and the turkey clubs had pressed meat instead of REAL turkey. Pitiful. So disappointing ☹️

This Tim Hortons in the past has been either a hit or miss. Recently, eh maybe a couple months or so. I go in around the same time when Theo is working & my coffee is always made to perfection. He has excellent customer service skills. I feel like this guy definitely either A) deserves a raise or something to compensate for all the slack I’ve gotten from some of the other employees. He alwayssss makes up for it. On occasion my coffee will be either a to strong or b straight cream. So I just wanted to leave a review & express how thankful I am for Theo coming to save the day always. 10/10 would recommend. Only reason why I keep coming back fr

I called in donuts and the person that I spoke to was very rude. I always call them in before I go so I’m not walking in trying to get three dozen donuts on the fly.I walked in and the line was out the door and the drive thru was soo busy.I thought no biggie on the phone call they are just busy so I brushed it off. Then I hear the voice that I heard on the phone being rude to someone picking up their order. Basically telling them too bad. Not I’m sorry sir but we didn’t have the full order. Basically yelling telling him WE DIDN’T have this or that. Then proceeded to chit chat with someone she knew!I am giving them 4 stars because the only rude one was the manager! The poor girl that waited on me had her arm in a sling. Very Nice!!Now usually if you call in ahead of time you get a discount. So the girl waiting on me asked should she get a discount to the manger. There a annoyed look and a NO! The look on the poor girls face. Like she just asked a question. I didn’t care it’s like $2, and the rules on if you get one change depending on who’s there.The guy that makes the donuts came up and said you ordered the Boston cream right (I am sure he was verifying because no one took my name on the call). Very nice guy as always when I’m in there.I know they were extremely busy, I’m sure it’s annoying when there are a lot of people to wait on. But that gives no right to be rude. I think they need a new morning manager! Sorry I ruined you day by calling in my order.Or someone else did and you take it out on the people being waited on inside.

One of the women they have working there currently was very rude. Not helpful at all when I asked about a first time reward deal I was trying to use. She didn’t even try to help. Her tone of voice, attitude and choice of words were not professional at all. Didn’t get my rewards either. But besides that one worker, everyone else is great. Food and drinks are great.

Staffed to focus on drive thru. Only one person waiting on lobby customers. Waited in line forever while watching all the donuts we wanted, given away to drive thru customers, when it was finally our turn to be waited on, wasn't able to get what we wanted. Highly disappointed and will not be returning

They have good food good coffee only problem is Lobby's closed and drive-thru is very slow especially if you're a doordash when you got to sit there 15-20 minutes and you're losing money

So they get the order wrong...xl was a small and who knows what the other incorrect drink was and we didn't order a croissant. In mentioning it this angry "manager" comes over and tells the wife to not only take the wrong order but to also pay another $1.70 or something. The end result was a medium who knows for $4 something. The era of the customer being right is gone there. Tim Hortons has been a family favorite... it's too bad they don't have good employees...truly slipping the past couple months. Save your franchise owner.

Today my boyfriend and I went to this Tim Hortons because they had the Coldstone Creamery. When we arrived the female employee greeted us and told us it was going to be a wait in the Coldstone items because someone walked out earlier in the day. As we waited for her to bring out all the cream flavors (about 10) in big frozen solid metal containers, we decided to get some timbits while we waited. As we went to the display case to see what they had available we noticed some nats flying around the food. But when I looked at the Boston cream donuts there was one donut that was tilted, and the injection hole was pointed upwards. This was a prefect setting for the 2 nats going in and out of the hole like it was a Boston crème buffet!! I was so grossed out we passed on the timbits. We asked for the same size Coldstone treats but got 2 different sized containers. Jenny was the one who waited on us ( at least that’s what it said on her hoodie), she was nice but by the time she got done manhandling the frozen ice cream and stale brownies she looked like she wanted to walk out. Hopefully with the holidays coming up the store will be able to focus on some serious cleaning.
