How did I never order from this restaurant before?! I ordered online (so easy) and it was ready at the scheduled time when I went to pick it up. Very friendly staff and the house was packed! And the FOOD!! Everything was delicious, the toppings were plentiful and fresh, and the servings were large enough to share. Definitely will be back for more!!
Amazing Nachos.... Family tray could feed 6-8 hungry people! Huge tray with generous portions of Olives, Hamburg and Cheese. Second time we have ordered them and the quality and freshness is incredible. Service and friendliness of the staff is second to none. Extremely well ran business that we are fortunate to have in Bay City! Patronize them when you able!
We ate here with a group of friends a few weeks ago. We called ahead & they were able to set a table up for us. Our waitress was fantastic! The food was great & came out quick. The margarita flights were the best part -- so good! We will definitely be back.
A couple months ago we ordered from here. When we got it home ot was to salty to eat. Called them. And I asked if they tasted the food before the sold it. The lady said hold on and went to taste the meat. It was awful they had gotten a new cook. Per her they had to toss all the meat. She said come in and we will replace your meals at another time. Do tonight we went and the girl who waited on us said since it was over a month ago she couldn't honor the request. Horrid service. Won't be back.
Bad news- Food was dry and bland. Some was overcooked: tostadas are supposed to be golden, not dark brown. Drinks were smaller than most restaurants. While you can get free refills on drinks, small glasses mean you need more attention from the staff. Lastly the chips aren't free refills ($2/basket). First and only Mexican restaurant I've encountered that chips weren't complementary. Good news- the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. The place is super clean and seems to be in good repair. Observations that are neither good nor bad- this is a small place (11 tables). The overhead music is what you'd expect, except it cuts out sometimes, letting you listen to the next table's YouTube video. You can enter the building on both sides, which is kinda cool. The prices are below average, but so are the portions. Other people love this place; maybe it was an off day.
The receptionist and delivery driver were amazing! Prompt delivery! My only gripe was not knowing ahead of time that they have a 20.00 minimum for deliveries. I had The chips I paid $2 forto order extra, and with tax and fees was over 28 dollars to feed myself at work! Luckily, The chips came in a massive amount and I had so much at the end it'll be enough for a second meal.Thanks, y'all!
I went to taste of Bay City tonight. I ordered queso and chips. I got no queso, only salsa with my order. When I let them know of this error, they informed me that it was put away for the night & that I wasn't getting a refund or the queso. Feel like I got robbed. Walked out very disappointed. I will not be back.
I'm sure the food may be great but the choice in the music in the 2022 st Patty's parade is horrible taste. I was truly disappointed in how your business chose a song with cursing while there are families all ages trying to enjoy the parade and had to listen to that garbage.
My wife loves the natchos. Fajitas have too much sauce for my liking.
The wet burritos were cold, soggy and tasted funny, and the rice was crunchy. This was not fresh food!
