They never have meats at night and then some of the workers are so snotty that I'd rather drive way out of my way, just to get better food and service.
Unprofessional, rude & obscene. Amber, was them most inappropriate worker screaming at me for HER mistake.This location needs to be shut down & these employees need to be terminated. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t behave properly.
this is one of the laziest restaurants i have ever been to we stood there for 20 minutes and no one payed attention to us. they didnt talk to us at all. i usually love taco bell but the employees made it so unenjoyable.
Very slow drive-thru service. Our order was not correct and inside was closed forcing to go back in the line that was only one car ahead of us. Total time in drive-thru 35 minutes.
They charge more than the sign says, never want to give receipts, 30 minutes in the drive thru. And they only have excuses and won't try to fix anything
We waited in the drive through for 30 minutes waiting for our food. My husband was upset but calm about it. We ordered vegetarian- when we finally got our food it had meat on it. Ok mistakes happen so my husband went inside which took another 15 minutes after the worker said he'd work on it personally. Then when he mentioned it took to long the girl Amanda said we can't make our grills any faster when it definitely does not take 15 minutes to make food. The food is good but this was literally the worst experience in taco bell so far. The manager was sitting in the lobby not doing a darn thing to fix anything laughing with a friend in the lobby... this is not how management works.
Food was good but because they had an extremely long line (This Taco Bell also sells KFC) they just slapped everything together missing some ingredients.
Doped up workers. I ordered a $24 KFC meal deal with original chicken. What I received was 3 pcs of extra crispy, 1 mashed potato, a coleslaw, no gravy, and no biscuits after waiting in line for 23 mins. Shame on you KFC.
The food was fresh and fast. Workers are friendly and acurrate.
